The Shop Tire and Service Center

I am very anal when I shop for «new» anything. I was finally time to get new tires for the new car that had bought last year. I think I called around 15 shops to get a mix of the best price, the right tire, and also good service.
As with any shopping I got plenty of shops that didn’t listen to me when I explained what I wanted, and who were trying to sell me on a more expensive tire just to make a bit of extra money with the tire still not being what I wanted.
I was just about to go to a shop thirty minutes away, when I found this shop. They were a newer shop and local in my area.
I spoke with Brad the manager who must have spent fifteen minutes on the phone with me to find the right tire for me. He answered ALL of my questions and educated me on tires to boot. I decided in a tire and ordered them. After a few days I realized winter was close and decided winter tires might be a better choice. I called back and talked to Doug, the assistant manager, who spent probably another fifteen minutes on the phone with me educating me on winter tires. I went ahead and ordered a set of winter tires instead. A few days later I called and spoke to Doug because I was considering a more expensive snow tire that I thought might work better for me. Again Doug answered my questions and in the end, Doug was able to answer my questions and help me decide that for my purposes, the more expensive tire would not be right for me. I was blown away… A shop that actually cared more about getting me the right tire for me, than making an extra $ 80.
I showed up for my appointment and the installation was every by as good as the phone service! This is a clean shop, with professional technicians, that know what they are doing. I am a customer for life!
