Jiffy Lube

AMAZING SERVICE! I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could. I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for years and have nothing but good things to say, which is why I continue to keep coming back. They have earned my trust and loyalty because the people who work here truly care, not just about my car but about about their customers. What can you expect when you come in? Well, from the moment you pull your car up they greet you with a friendly and professional attitude. They walk you in and show you were things are, including coffee and water while you wait. Within a few minutes one of the remarkable staff members will come out to go over concerns they may have found while doing a quick inspection. If it’s something that can wait they will tell you. They are HONEST and not out to make a quick buck, they will give recommendations based on facts not on dollars. They always seem to have a discount on services and always give you the best price for whatever you are having done.
On my most recent visit on 02÷11÷16 I brought my husbands car in for a much overdue oil change, I knew there would be some issues but it was more than I had expected. They found several serious things that needed to be addressed immediately. They walked me into the garage they showed me what was going on and explained why it was a concern. When I had a question they explained it without making me feel inferior. I was on a tight budget for what I could afford and I originally choose to hold off on one of the repairs. They worked with me to get all the other services done within my budget even though it originally totaled over what I could afford. Later on the service manager came out and said they were going to fix the 1 service I was originally to holding off on. She said it was unsafe and needed to be done and couldn’t let me leave with the potential of something happening. She told me it would not change my quoted price and it fact when they were checking me out they got the price even lower than the quote they had given me. I broke down crying because you just don’t see service like that anymore at most places. They care about everyone that walks in their store, and everyone I have ever had the pleasure of working with has always maintained a friendly, professional and caring attitude. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work on my car.

Awesome costumer service they actually listen when you say your car will take an extra quart and they have nice diagrams to explain what services they can provide for your car for those of you who don’t understand cars
