For 9 years now, SJS Mechanical has provided unique services to the HVAC industry. These efforts are centered around the whole system and building performance. In addition to services normally provided like maintenance, service, and installation, may have benefited from performance testing, air balancing, duct design, and load calculations to ensure optimum system performance, lower utility bills, and ultimately, making your home or office a comfortable place to be in.

23 years of industry experience. SJS Mechanical became involved in total home comfort & system performance testing years ago, which has helped many homeowners and business owners lower their utility bills dramatically, and realize true system performance, the way it should be.

At SJS Mechanical, we believe in maintaining you system at the highest level to avoid unexpected breakdowns. The idea behind this is to have the system operating properly and get you through the season without any issues.

We treat the entire space (home & business) as the system. So many comfort issues pertain to anything but the system, however, the system itself cannot be ignored. System sizing is important, but if it is sized to make up for all of the losses or conditions the structure is creating & adding, the result is an oversized system not providing much comfort at all.
