Robert B Anson

Robert Anson represented me for my divorce, he was very prompt, courteous and always professional. His office staff was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend any of my family and friends to go to him. His vast knowledge was very helpful in such a time of distress.

Can’t say I know the man, but my wife called to ask him if he would review a standard California lease.
He seemed not to understand what she was asking, and he quickly became annoyed, and then told my wife it was the stupidest thing he had ever heard of and told her he was not interested in her business.
For a professional, that seems very un-​professional.

Working with Robert Anson was one of the worst decision I’ve ever made. Completely unprofessional, rude, and insensitive. We lived in his rental house and the entire time he was snappy and moody. Just overall mean, grumpy guy. I moved out 2 months before my ex-​boyfriend and took myself off of the lease. It’s now 6 months later, I am a single mom trying to buy a house on my own. The very last step in my approval was that I needed to verify that I had been living in Anson’s house for 2 years. Robert refused to sign the verification form. Actually, he hung up on my lender. I drove out there to his office and left a note but got no response. Finally I got ahold of him on the phone and he raised his voice and yelled at me because of stuff that happened 2 months after I moved out and hung up on me. Not only am I not responsible for what happened after I was off the lease, but also it doesn’t change the fact that I lived there for 2 years. That’s all I was asking him to verify. Now we are trying to find another way to prove it or my loan won’t be approved. Don’t make the same mistake, take your business elsewhere to begin with or you will be paying for it long after your business with Anson is over.

I have been doing business, professionally, for over 24
years, with Mr. Anson and his business associate. They are
absolutely and positively the nicest. most «down home» and
most PROFESSIONAL folks that I have ever done business with.
I have owned two construction companies in the past, so I
know what I am speaking of. I have not only been through one
divorce (very nasty, gold digger of an ex husband), but a
Bankruptcy and 3 real estate transactions to my ultimate
satisfaction! Mr. Anson is a «pull no punches, get straight
to the point,» kind of guy. I have been able to get advice
and guidance on several «life episodes» and transactions
from everyday occurrences. Also, Mr. Anson is absolutely fair
with his prices, as far as, «getting the job done,» is local
and has stable, proven history here in the entire state of
California.
If you hire Mr. Anson, for any reason that is within his
specialty, you can bet ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND COME OUT A
WINNER, EVERY SINGLE TIME!
