Actually I would give this business no stars if it would let me. We ordered a bounce house and movie theater to be delivered on Oct 30. It was supposed to be delivered to bel air on manzanita ave. between 12 – 4 we have a community kids event we do once a month and along with trunk or treat we were going to show a movie in the parking lot. Well it’s 7:00 pm right now and they still have not showed. We just had to send 70 kids packing without watching the movie. We FINALLY after trying for hours got a return phone call. We were told maybe 30 minutes maybe an hour??? And while talking to who ever called back there was no apology they actually even started arguing with about changing the times which was irrelevant they still didn’t show up at the time their contract states. Rebecca I worked in retail for 40 years and I can tell word of mouth can be your best form of advertisement and it can also be your worst. You can bet that we will be sure to tell everyone how we were treated by your business. I sure hope you don’t get a chance to ruin anyone else’s special events.

When I first called to make reservation Mike was pretty good and helpful. When the day of the party came along mike had previously told me to expect the delivery guys to be there between the time of 8:30am till 11:30am because my party was to start at noon. It was about 11:00am and no one has arrived yet, I kept calling but no answers. Then about 11:45am I called again and mike answered and he said he will contact delivery. Delivery people called me and said they are behind and they won’t be at my place for another house. So first of all they were late but didn’t call me to tell me then they don’t get to my party till 12:33 and didn’t finish setting up till 1pm and my guest is already there watching them set up all the carnival games and bounce house. After the party I had called them to see where they are at because they said they will pick up between 5−6pm but they didn’t get there till 6:22pm. No call to tell us that they were really behind. I’ve tried to call this place Monday and Tuesday to talk but no one has called me back! I will not be using them in the future and I will not be referring them to anyone.

I went online to
and filled out the information to be called back. I stated that this was a birthday at a park. Someone was supposed to call me within 24 hours. They did not. I called to check in, and the guy took ½ my deposit and my information. I told him that the event was at a park and we talked about which park in Woodland. (He did not tell me the time frame for delivery.)
7:00 am the morning of the event, I am receiving a phone call letting me know that the bounce house will be delivered by 7:45! WHAT? The birthday party for my 9 year old at the park didn’t start until 1:00. My husband calls back to ask why the bounce house is being delivered so early, and the woman told him that it is their policy and I should have known that. They also proceeded to say that we never told them that the party was at a park. Not true. We also found out that they were not including a generator. We wanted to cancel because we were clearly upset that we had not been informed about all of this… and the lady continued to argue with us and insist that we were in the wrong.
Needless to say we ate the deposit and contacted
. They came out at 12:15 and set up a jump house with a generator and they were incredibly courteous and professional.

I reserved a bounce house back in April for an event in August. While the initial contact with the business was great, there was problems with getting proof of reservation, I had them take the fully payment out twice. Ultimately they took care of it and ensured me that the bounce house would be at my party. They gave me a scheduled delivery time of 7:30a-9:30a. The day of the event came and I had everyone scheduled to arrive at 12pm so the early window for delivery and set up was fine. That is until 9:30a came and no one had shown up. Because we were at a park I had to arrive and wait for the bounce house. I called and was told that my bounce house would arrive between 11 – 11:30, in plenty of time for my event to start at 12pm. OK let me just say this, I understand that things go wrong, deliveries run late, etc. BUT it would be better customer service to call your clients and explain this to them instead of just not showing up at the scheduled time and then having them have to call you and wonder why after sitting somewhere for 2 hours they still have not arrived.
The quality of the bounce house was ok, I was just a tad disappointed to see that it was a theme banner attached to an ugly yellow red and blue bounce house. I ordered a monster high bounce house and thought it would at least be more with the theme. Had I known it was a banner they slapped on to it I would have passed.
They were good at coming and picking it up early after we found out that you needed a permit to have one. This is my first time ever dealing with a bounce house so I was not aware that parks required a permit for one. So, we didn’t get to really utilize the bounce house for longer than 2 hours, making the cost not worth the hassle. Maybe when people go to reserve they should mention that if it is at a public park they need to make sure to contact the parks and rec agency to make sure they don’t need to obtain one. It would really help first time customers like myself who didn’t know. It would have saved me a lot of time and wasted money.

Great service, on time, couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed in Rebecca’s Jolly Jumps. I ordered a Frozen bounce house at my school for my daughters 5^th birthday. It lasted less than hour and broke. It deflated on children and when the guy came to fix it said it was broken. He told me to call for a refund but I have called 7 times so far and no one returns my call. It cost me $ 200 for a broken bounce house. I would never use them again and will seek legal council to get a refund. If anyone knows this family please let them know this is poor business practice and I work a child care center and will be passing on this information for people not to use them. I would not even give them one star but had to so I could post this!!!

Terrible customer service! Rented a bounce house with them this past weekend. First house was damaged, delivery man returned 3 hours later with new one! 16 disappointed kids, party ruined. Awoken at 1030pm by delivery man to pick up bounce house. All calls to business for refund unanswered. Didn’t want to have to place such a negative review but they left me no choice. Don’t make the same mistake I did, take your business elsewhere. August 2012

I recently ordered a Harvest Package for my son’s 2^nd birthday. It included tables, chairs, a bounce house, a cotton candy machine and a old fashion pop corn machine. Everything went very well and was great hit! The delivery and pick up were timely. The cotton Candy machine ended up being unavailable but they substituted it for snow cone maker. All in all it was a great party and i will definitely use them in the future and recommend them!
