We went here for a birthday party, compared to jump around and all the other party jump house places, this place is super clean.

Came here with the family for a birthday party. Very fun place for children of all ages (maybe not teenagers). Lots of cool bounce houses, slides, arcade games, toys and other activities for children. My toddler was probably the youngest birthday party attendee but he found lots of distractions and toys to keep him occupied and content.
The birthday party was held in another room outside the large play & bounce room. The staff seemed to be very organized and on top of the party! They got the kiddos to line up, wash their hands and eat the food during the party. The party included pizza and other snacks. I believe you can also bring your own food if you are the party organizer in case pizza isn’t enough.
Tips: bring socks for your little ones. If you’re accompanying your kid into the bounce houses, bring socks as well!

This was the first time I’ve come here but my friends come here often and we just had to check it out for ourselves. The owner was kind enough to let my friends and I with special needs kids reserve a slot so it would be just us. Our kids had a blast and it was the perfect amount of people so that kids weren’t right on top of each other. They have about 5 bounce houses and most of them have a slide of some sort. They also have quarter rides and arcade games as well. After we were done bouncing we were able to eat in the snack room which is off to the side. The owner is super nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Ok, so I will preface this by saying that my kids had a good time. I however, have had a much better time at similar establishments.
Having three kids under 5, I have been to my share of indoor bounce houses, but this was my first time here. We arrived just after 9 am (opening time) and bone of the bounce houses were up. Not a big deal, just took a couple of minutes, but we went early to avoid crowds so waiting until almost 9:15 for them to be ready was a little frustrating.
So we go in and it is one room — one room with five bounce houses. Other places we have been in Rancho Cordova and West Sacramento have at least two full rooms of bounce houses so it doesn’t feel quite so crowded. We are still the first ones there, so we go to get into the first house and I see a sign saying «Kids Only Please.» I can’t go in and bounce with my kids, and that was the case on three of the five bounce houses. Additionally, some of them had duct tape holding pieces on 5o the houses thenselves, with signs of «please don’t jump on this.» So I sat on the tables in the center of the room and played on my phone. By 10:45 the place was so packed that we left.
Overall, this place is small, run down, and pricey (birthday packages started at $ 299). My kids had a good time, but I think next time we will drive further out of town.

It was my first time here at Laguna’s Awesome Party Palace. I came here as a guest for my nephews birthday party last weekend on Saturday. I was really impressed at how clean this place was, I was a little iffy about it at first considering a lot of kids come here so I’d expect it to be dirty but surprisingly it was spotless! So that was a plus for me. I felt comfortable using the restroom because it was also spotless as well. The host for our party was this girl named Molly and some other girl. Molly stood out to me the most because she had SUPERB customer service. I have never experienced such excellent customer service from someone like that before so I was really happy she was hosting my nephews birthday. She seemed very happy to help and attended to ALL guests in the party room, for example; asking if everyone was doing ok or if they needed anything. She was very quick with things such as answering any questions or taking care of soda spills and such. My sister literally didn’t have to do anything, Molly and her coworker were taking care of everything. I would definitely come here again! I would like to request Molly if I ever am throwing a kids birthday party here at party palace. She’s probably the best employee there I bet. So if you guys do have a birthday party here at party palace, I STRONGLY recommend Molly as your host. She is the best!!! I rate 5 stars but I wish I can personally rate Molly a 10 star! My experience at Laguna’s Awesome Party Palace was very enjoyable and I plan to come here more often with my nieces and nephews. I hope to see Molly again so I can thank her for giving me such a fabulous experience here at Party Palace!

Great place for kids to hang out. Wait for there facebook coupons for $ 5 each kid. Make sure wear socks !

We’ve been holding our kids birthday parties here for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is super friendly as well as the owners! They are nice, helpful, and always works hard to make customers happy. It’s clean and the kids always have tons of fun. I like how you can bring your own food if you don’t want to order pizza but they still provide all the utensils and punch. I would recommend having a party here for young children, it’s totally stress free!

Cheap great fun! Clean, small, and easy to keep your eyes on your kiddos! First time here and is not crazy busy which is not as I do not like most kids lol there are 5 jump houses and is adults aren’t allowed on a few but as long as we aren’t crazy they don’t say anything about going in properly and having fun with the littles. 7 $ for kids and adults are free … Can’t complain … And if you bring your own good just stick it in your purse :-)

This is a great stress free option to birthday parties or rainy afternoons … I’ve always been greeted in a friendly manor when bringing my kids to play here and when I held a birthday party here they went above and beyond I didn’t have to do anything it was completely relaxing and I got to enjoy my guests. The play area is very clean and tons of fun

What could be better than a facility with bounce houses for the little ones? I thought I struck gold when I found this place since it was always empty during the week when I went with my kids. Unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible! It feels like they do not want to be bothered whenever I walk into this place. I can never count on a thank you or smile after I pay the fee for each of my two children. I would assume they’d be grateful for my business in light of the fact that the facility is always empty when we arrive. I have decided to take my business and my children to other indoor facilities who are happy to have us. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!

Love this place my 3yr old gets a chance to run around & for me it’s nice to be somewhere clean with ac:). For $ 7 it’s not bad

A wonderful place for younger children. The gymnastics facility across the street comes here often for field trips in the summer and we get the entire place to ourselves. Kids (aged 4 to 14 alike) love this place. It’s great to blow off some steam while being able to enjoy themselves in a contained, safe area. Ever since Someplace Fun closed, this has been our go to place. Customer service is absolutely wonderful. They check in occasionally, but for the most part, the play time is independent. Hopefully in the future, they may be able to expand the facilities to accommodate larger inflatables and thus catering to a larger audience.

Kids like this place a lot! Only 3 stars because u can’t bring in your own food. They do sell food but it’s over priced crap junk food. Also lost a star because they have several machines inside like an air hockey table and horse ride that take 50 cents or more to use and i think this is a rip off since they upped the price of admission this year from $ 6 to $ 7. Other than that clean… friendly staff and AC! Oh yeah and when u call they say parents can jump with the kids but when u get there there are signs on all but 2 jump houses that say Kids Only.

I gave this place one star because I had to choose a star! But if I had a choice I wouldn’t have chosen any! Worst customer service ever!

Ah! the stench of a kids play gym. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. The kids love it. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The place is clean. I don’t know how much it costs to be there but, I was a little put off that everything had a price attached to it, like the video games, air hockey, candy, snacks etc. I guess that’s how that nickel and dime you since you can’t bring any food or drink in there what so ever.

All in all this place is pretty cool. I had my son’s first birthday here today and I love that they actually have some toys there for lil guys like him. The kids had a blast and everything went fairly smooth. My only complaint is that I had purchased a bunch of decorations and table cloths and they did not use all of the decorations or table cloths, a little irritating but I figured the kids wouldn’t care so I let it go. They also cut my son’s cake before I was able to get a photo of it and that sucked but partially my fault I suppose. Overall still a good place and we had a great party I just suggest to anyone bringing their own décor to assist in the decorating to insure your items are used.

The minute I step foot into this place I was even more excited than the kids. Lol, this place is a reallly cool and fun place for any occasion. There’s a total of 5 awesome jump houses and many variety of toys laid out for the kids. Anyone with children should definitely check the place out. I’ll be back for sure in the future. My daughter is 2 and she had such a blast. Make sure you bring socks. They do not let u bring food or drinks inside. Their entry fee is pretty reasonable.

A great place to host a young kids birthday party. The kids have a blast, and the staff (for the party section of the party) are great. They do all the set up and clean up afterwards.
The kids come away well exercised and seem to love every minute.

I took my son there for general admission to meet a friend today and he LOVED IT.
First and foremost, as a mother, the level of cleanliness in any children’s place is very important to me. I have to say this facility has a very high standard when it comes to the matter. Clean bathrooms, clean tables, yes please :)
My son is 16 months old so he can’t really get onto the obstacle course jumpers (Obviously) but this facility caters to smaller children as well. It provides small tables and smaller toys.
There was a really sweet girl that was working up front (she was an excellent multi-​tasker) and the owner of the place is kind as well and extremely professional.
All in all– Clean facility. Some fun for children of every age. Excellent staff and professional owner. I will definitely be coming by in the near future!
