Thanks Kevin for solving our flooring problem. I made the mistake of thinking that because I can rent a floor sander at Home Depot that I could sand and refinish the floors at my wife’s design studio. 20 hours hard working hours of my life that I will never get back. Kevin sent his guys out quickly and had this 100 year old wood floor looking amazing. Best use of money, but I wish I hadn’t wasted my time first to learn the lesson.

We just had our floors refinished and fixed by Kevin and his team. I wish I had taken a «before» picture because our floors were really bad! Kevin was polite, communicative, fast and easy to get along with. He did exactly what we wanted and I am so happy I chose Kevin’s Floors! I will be calling Kevin when we are ready to do the rest of the house. Call Kevin, you won’t regret it.

Kevin came out quickly when I called for a estimate. I have a rental and needed the floors refinished and new base boards. He started within 2 days, He did a great job and finished within 2 days, exactly what he said he would do. I thought his prices were reasonable also.

I’m very happy with the work that Kevin and his team did refinishing my old hardwood floors. They were punctual and did a great job. Yet due to the age of my floors they aren’t a perfect match but I’m happy with them. Great work Kevin and thanks again.

I found kevin floors at a red light with his business number on the side of his truck and i made a phone call to him for an estimate. My floors were long overdue for a remodel! I used to have vinyl floors and we turned it into a creamish tile color which turned out great!

We found Kevin through a friend who just so happen to have his floors done in his home by Kevin and his crew. We we’re very lucky to have found him in such short notice (literally the day before the job began) as we had a previous contractor totally flake on us. Kevin showed up within 30 min of my call for our free estimate, was professional, straight forward and made sure he let us know exactly what we needed as far as demo and completing the job. We did have a big job at least to me it felt like it, as I have two toddlers and currently pregnant lol they took two days, were super professional and very nice. Made no decisions with out contacting myself or my husband and our floors came out beautiful! I have gotten so many compliments in just this week that we have had them and it feels great! I would totally recommend him for laminate floors!

A friend of ours referred us to Kevin’s Floors. Our floors were original hardwood floors from the 1950’s that were covered by carpets for over 15 years. After Kevin’s crew completed the work on our floors the transformation was unbelievable. Our hardwood floors are restored and look fantastic! Kevin’s crew was very polite, professional and always on time. The job was finished according to the deadline promised. We also had Kevin tile our mud room and they also did a great job tiling! Kevin is a pleasure to deal with and knows his craft. He has very competitive pricing. He was there to check-​in on his crew daily and make sure they were completing the job to his excellent standards. If you need your hardwood floors refinished or repaired or any tile floors installed… don’t hesitate to use Kevin’s Floors.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I would have given ZERO STARS but, Unilocal didn’t allow giving a business less than one. Kevin and his crew (=family members that may or may not be licensed to do floors) did not communicate with me, he made decisions, independently, without ANY communication, discussion, consultation WHATSOEVER, that affect the appearance of my hardwood floors. Having hardwood floors throughout our home was a lifelong dream of ours. However, this has turned into a NIGHTMARE because of Kevin’s failures as an installer, contractor, and businessman. Note, it is now the end of September 2013 and this project began in August 2012! You read that right, OVER A YEAR! We have paid Kevin in excess of $ 12,000.00 to date. That does not include the cost of the apartment we had to move our family into for the work to be completed and two storage units for all of our furniture/​belongings. Additionally, we had our entire home professionally painted prior to the floor work. We spent over $ 2,000 on the labor and another $ 1,000 in the materials. Kevin’s crew damaged paint and walls in nearly every room. We’re not just talking a little scrape that could easily be touched up, we’re talking significant dents into the drywall like chunks have been taken out of the walls. I was also quite upset to find the entire crew smoking in my newly painted home their first day on the job. Currently, my entire downstairs is unfinished/​naked. My stairs are visually unpleasing and unfinished (because he made a «contractor’s decision about how they should look», as he says) and my upstairs floor has more uneven seams than even ones, whole carcasses of bugs stuck under the polyurethane, and planks of wood that obviously should have been discarded rather than installed due to imperfections and grooves in them that run half a feet or longer, are deep enough to get a long fingernail in, and wide enough to put several coins in. He has now proclaimed that he will not return to our home to finish the job! We have paid him in full and he’s REFUSING to finish the job and to fix the problems. I believe in the greater good of society and the community and it is clear that this individual should not be in business or working in the flooring industry. I will effectively pursue making sure no one else ever suffers financially and emotionally as we have from doing business with this man or his company. But, these things take time. So, please, be forewarned and DO NOT HIRE this man or his business. I wish all readers of this review a pleasant, simple, and successful experience in their flooring endeavors. I wish this nightmare on no one.

This guy is real good. At 1^st I was a little nervous because he was so professional I kept waiting for the gotcha moment.hahaha.Even his truck looks very corporate so I kept waiting for the big price. Instead this guy measured my house and within a minute had an estimate. Guess what! he was reasonably priced and very flexible on price. I even added a bathroom and he put new tile in after the estimate, I simply bought the material and he put it in.
My brother pointed out «Kevin looks like Cung Lee, the UFC Fighter» lol. Now my family uses him.

I found Kevin’s Floor by the scientific method of passing his truck in my neighborhood. He was able to come by the same day for a quote, and started and finished the job that week. Super friendly, did a fantastic job. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the wood repair job (a small part of the whole project) wasn’t totally matched, but otherwise his service and professionalism was impeccable.
