Love their donuts… when they are in stock. The past few times I went there, they have been out of stock of my favorites. I hope they smarten up and make more of the local’s favorite, instead of «cheap mentality» in aiming for no inventory at the end of the day.

Super sweet employees! We only came here a few times with our daughter but my husband comes here often. They always remember that he has a little girl and give him extra donut holes for her. Besides the great customer service, the donuts are amazing! I’ve been living in Sac/​Eg for almost a year now and have yet to find a donut shop with better tasting donuts!

These are the sweetest workers and they sell amazing doughnuts! Looks like they even started selling some breakfast biscuits! Will continue coming here (and have been coming here for a while!)

Love coming here with my daughter. On our first visit they threw in a couple donut holes for her (she’s only 1.5 yrs old but I’d like to think that made her whole week). Always friendly and always providing a product that reminds me of donuts I used to get when I was a kid back in Maryland. To be fair I haven’t tried much else, but what more does one need than kindness and delicious donuts?

Riding my bike is like hunting for treasure. Today I found a gold mine. A small family owned donut shop. The name of the shop is called Honey Donuts.
There located in a small shopping complex off of Laguna Boulevard.
When you walk in you can’t help but notice all the different varieties of delicious donuts, scones and danishes in a glass display case. They also sell freshly brewed coffee to go with your donuts. I am a scone kind of guy. So naturally I bought a berry scone. I have bought many scones in my lifetime but have found Honey Donuts to be the best!
Most of the other scones that I had tried elsewhere were usually hard, dry, and very crumbly. What a big mess.
Their scone on the other hand had the texture of a biscuit infused with wild berries and drizzled with a light frosting.
My wife had ordered a chocolate donut filled with lemon custard. Unfortunately they had run out. To my surprise the owner said «No Problem»
Without hesitation she custom made one for her right on the spot. Now that’s customer service at it’s best.
They are open from 5am-​2pm 7day a week. Their prices we’re cheaper than there competition.
So the next time you have the urge for something sweet, don’t forget the donuts. It’s time for me to hop on my bike and seek out a new adventure.

They are the Best Donuts around Elk Grove! I’ve been coming here for years to get my Donut craving fulfilled. The donuts are consistently Fluffy Fresh, with the perfect blend of ingredients — while other donut shops just add Sugar to mask the imperfect flavor.
The family staff is Friendly and fast — not like other family owned places where the family workers don’t want to be there and they have this just hang me look.
The only recommendation I can make is to increase their hours of operation so that they’re open when the baked Donuts are coming out of the Oven at midnight.

Wow! How have I been living two minutes from this donut shop for nearly 7 years, and I’ve never been here? I’ve never liked donuts, but I get them occasionally for a weekend treat for the kids.
We stopped in this wet Saturday morning, and even though it was busy, they were getting people in and out very quickly. They had a fantastic selection. A box of a dozen was a great price (worked out to about $ 0.75 each). They smelled so good in the car that it was difficult not to open it up right away!
Since I’m not a donut fan, I didn’t plan on eating any. That changed after about two minutes of having the box open, though. I tried the crumb, and it was light, fluffy, and delicious. Definitely not the «hurt your teeth» sweet like so many are. The kids devoured theirs in seconds, and all said they were the best they’ve ever had.
It is sooooo dangerous knowing how good these are, and that they’re practically across the street from us.

The donuts are always fresh baked every time I’ve been there, and I’ve been there dozens of times. Cooked to perfection, the donuts are soft and light on the inside with just a hint of crispness on the outside. They never seem heavy or overly dense. Best donuts in Elk Grove for sure, maybe the best donuts in Sacramento.

AMAZING Donuts and people Kanha is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She has a heart and soul of gold! The muffins are great too!

Went here over the years growing up and they have the best donuts around. They beat grocery stores by a long shot, and always have a fresh selection out. The service and reasonable prices make the extra drive worth it

Great family-​owned business! Perfect for picking up a quick morning bite before heading off to I-​5. Service is always great and selection of coffees are tasty. Love the spot for a sweet treat! Our family loves the donut holes, chocolate chip on chocolate bar, and apple fritter.

Apparently Honeys Donuts is Elk Grove’s best kept secret. But that needs to change. Honeys Donuts has been here quietly serving the best doughnuts in the Sacramento region for well over a decade. Unlike other big chains that have come and gone in the city, Honeys Donuts has remained a staple of Elk Grove and for good reason, their absolutely worth it. Nothing else comes close, and you get a fantastic treat for a phenomenal price. I suggest everything on the menu, twice.

This donut shop is the one my family and I frequent often. It is near by our house and we can get our donut fix quickly. The service is always great and the workers are very friendly. Their donuts are very good and I will always choose them over ANY major donut chain in existence today.

At my girlfriend’s company function, one of her coworkers recommended coming here and surprisingly, it was only 5 minutes away from my place.
The place is small, but it’s just perfect for a donut shop. All that donut ambience in a tiny place brings joy to my sense. They had a great selection of donuts and for a great price, too! We picked up a dozen assorted donuts and 2 dozen donut holes for no more than $ 12! I’ve seen how some donut shops can get busy and my girl’s coworker recommended to arrive early, which we did, around about 8am. It was perfect because once we left, more cars started to pull up and wander in.
