We have been suffering through 5 years of hard water in Elburn and reached out to Ecowater to provide a solution. Why in the world did we wait this long??? Even though we had a less than ideal installation option, the guys at Ecowater did not complain and handled it like pros. We couldn’t be happier with their service and care for us through the entire process. By the way — we opted for the reverse osmosis + soft water system are extremely happy we went with both.

I finally got tired of replacing faucets, valves and fixing or replacing appliances because of the hard water in North Aurora. After interviewing several different water and plumbing companies, Ecowater Systems won the bid and installed my water treatment system last week. I couldn’t be happier. The softer water is wonderful, and the Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is better than any bottled water. No more filling jugs or buying bottled water for us!
But the absolute best thing about Ecowater Systems is the people. From the sales person to the installers, they know their systems and they know water! Everyone went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, to install the correct systems for our needs, and make sure the job was done right. Highly recommended!
