Hello H&H Uniforms! I’m sorry for the negative review, but due to the negative experiences my coworkers and I have had with you, I need to be honest and let you know of your dishonest practices. I’m sorry it has had to come to this point, as I really dislike leaving negative reviews. I have no choice, as you guys have not resolved any issues. These are the reasons why I find your company to be a shady scam:
1. My coworkers and I never received the remainder of our uniform pieces that we ordered about two months ago. I’ve talked with coworkers who ordered their items six months ago and complained that their pieces never came.
2. I have attempted to contact customer service in order to retrieve the remainder of my uniform pieces and have yet to receive a reply.
3. I am still have my paycheck payroll deducted for uniform pieces that I never received. I smell a scam.
4. You’re uniforms are very poor quality. The stitching easily comes undone and the material is thin.
I am very dissatisfied with your products and service. You need to change your practices and hire new employees who respect their clients. Note to airlines and other companies who are considering using this company: Don’t!

They are some liars. They dont keep their words. Ive been calling them and they always give me excuses like the lady whos managing the uniforms on vacation or some med leave. I call again finally they said my uniform would be ready in a week from the day i called but still nothing. It has been more than 2 weeks and still give me the same excuse. Smh!

If there was a way to give no or negative stars I would. The sizes have been completely different from the original fitting. The promise of shipment is never what they say it will be.
Their favorite time frame is «2 weeks». Nothing has ever been delivered in that time frame.
When you need to send something back they said they have to mail a label to you which will take another week. Whatever happened to email printable labels?
So you have to pay for shipping because you can’t wait. But don’t worry because you will wait!!! And when you call… Sure enough it’s another two weeks. And 2 weeks go by and still no shipment.
Meanwhile every paycheck, we are reminded of the awful ordeal with these people.
I suggested they manage expectations by being honest on how they perform but they can’t even be honest to themselves.
They are delusional!
