I had a door panel coming loose on my Lexus. The local car wash broke the clips that attached the bottom of the door. I almost stopped by Lexus to get it fixed when I decided to give Expo a shot. I figured that Lexus would try to take advantage so wanted to get an opinion beforehand. In 30 minutes he had everything repaired and I was back on the road for 35 bucks without an appointment! Great service and very friendly. It’s hard to believe someone gave these folks one star. They must have been having a bad day. Lol

Was anticipating more from all the positive reviews. First try, Shane wasn’t there… didn’t have time to wait… next day tried again… called ahead of time… fought traffic across town… still had to wait, but was forewarned… not a problem… When Shane finally arrived… first thing he did was light a cigarette… strike one… when I inquired about fixing nicks and little things on my classic car, he stated that entire panels would have to be repainted… then he pressed his finger on some of my dings and began to rub… on black paint, and my car wasn’t freshly washed… that’s a no, no, especially on black paint… could cause fine marks… strike two and three… I was out of there. Hope others have better experiences… Good luck.

They installed my new rims in 15 minutes and charges me $ 30. AWESOME thanks!

I have had my car serviced at Expo twice (one major accident, one very minor). Both times, my car has looked amazing. They have done a fantastic job on both occasions to make sure the paint and body match the existing car.

So on my way to work one morning, in a series of unfortunate events, I got rear ended — making it my 3^rd accident, caused by another driver! Needless to say I was frazzled and incredibly annoyed that my car had to be fixed yet again. Dealing with car issues is the least exciting thing for me, and having to deal with all the insurance BS sucks!
Through a recommendation, I decided to take my car to Expo Collision Center, and my experience there makes me wish I had gone there for my prior two accidents. As a female, most body shops and mechanics either try to up sell me, or figure I have no idea what they are talking about. But the people at Expo are all so nice, and knowledgeable and thorough. They really took the time to explain what work needed to be done, and why, rather than simply showing me an estimate and asking me to sign.
I delivered my car a complete, dented wreck, and picked it up looking as good as new! They work super fast, and they really help you in getting a rental if you need one! If you’re looking for an honest shop that cares about their customers, go to Expo — your car will thank you!

I ran into a pole backing out of a parking spot (while texting, dont text and drive kids!) After thorough research, I decided to go with Expo Collision center since they offered the best price. I got my car back soon thereafter and it looks as good as new. Couldn’t ask for anything better! It’s hard to find a good body shop but I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a quick fix.

I got rear ended pretty bad recently. AAA suggested a body shop close to me, but because of Unilocal reviews, I decided go to Expo Collision Center. Unilocal and the owner, Shane, did not do me wrong. I got the car back after a couple weeks and it looked as good as new. Plus they took care of a scratch on my hood with some paint free of charge. Shane amazingly was able to save me some much needed money; mainly my insurance deductible and even offered a 10% discount because I was referred via Unilocal.
I had to bring my care back for a slight adjustment, and they took care of it quickly, and they fixed a fuse problem, AND they detailed car.
Issues like this are such an inconvenience! Thank you Shane for providing a pleasant experience!

I was recently involved in a pretty bad crash in my 645CI and found this place on Unilocal.At first I was a bit hesitant to but soon after decided to go, I was shocked at the amazing service. I am please to pay the reviews match the service I you receive at Expo. I’ve been to several body shops, mechanics, and handy man and I seen the best and the worst; I have never seen a place that is as professional, and as considerate to the customer. Shane is a extremely caring person and actually invited me to lunch to explain to me what’s going on with the car. The accident nearly totaled my car so both Shane and I spoke about the work and what insurance was paying for, my deductible, etc… Later, I was able to stand with the mechanic and talk for several minutes so he can understand some of the problems I was having after the accident.
I would recommend this place to anyone, the prices they offer are no comparison to the high prices offered by dealership or other shops, but it’s not only the prices, it’s the service itself and the feeling you get that you are not being ripped off or scammed.

The staff is amazing! Highly recommended!!! The owner, Shane, and employees are caring and (most importantly) TRUSTWORTHY!!! This place was recommended to me, so now I am here to tell you guys about this gem. I’ve taken all my vehicles to Expo for the past 3 – 4 years and I haven’t gone (and refuse to go) anywhere else. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. Shane, the owner, was the first person to greet me when I walked through the door in the morning. Just his tone of voice was enough to put me at ease and let me know that this was going to be an overall chill experience.
The employees who work here are also extremely personable; you can tell that great customer service skills are a huge prerequisite for being hired here.
Even the mechanics who drove my car to the front of the business after the inspection was super nice!
Onto the service… I brought my car in for body damage, paint re-​touch and an oil leak inspection. Everything was super simple and turned out accordingly. Give a little info, hand over keys, and sign a document. Done.
While I was waiting for Shane to print out the form, I was offered free coffee and water – one of the many amenities that this space provides. The level of thought that went into making this business a memorable one for the customer was evident.
After signing the form, Shane offered to have one of his employees drop me off at my work nearby. Yes please. And of course, the female employee who dropped me off was easygoing and amiable as well.
Shane’s above-​and-​beyond attitude definitely left me with a very positive impression of his business, thus the 5-​star review. I highly recommend checking out this shop for your auto repair needs!

I took my BMW 335i here and they did a fantastic job! The entire front side of my car had major damage. My car is silver and from what I hear is that silver is a hard color to color match. Expo did a great job, all the panels were aligned correctly and the paint was high quality. My car looked better than it did before the accident! Great Job Guys!

I was referred here by my co-​worker. They handled everything from getting the adjuster to the shop and were willing to give me a loaner car while they had my car. It took 2 weeks, but it was well worth the wait, my car looks brand new, looks better than when I bought it. Ask for Shane. He will take very good care of you.

I was referred to this body shop through a friend after i had got into an accident recently. The car had some body damage on the driver side and it prevented the door to shut completely so i needed some work done soon. when i took it to them they gave me a fair estimate and promised it to be done faster than everywhere else, because i needed my car to go to school and work. They took care of it as promised i was satisfied with the job and the price i had to pay as a working student. I would definitely be going back there in future if needed again.

Between my husband and I, we have probably used Expo at least 15 times over the 20 years we have lived here and have recommend a lot of friends (probably another 10 jobs from our referrals). We have always been very happy with them. Their prices are reasonable and the owner, Shane, has always been a pleasure to work with. The work has always been great and the jobs have always been done when they promised us they would be. I just recently had my car sideswiped and took it into them and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. The car looks brand new!

I went to expo collision center to freshen up my car including the cracks on my rear bumper. They gave me an estimate with an entire rear bumper replacement.
When I dropped off the car, I asked them to keep my old rear bumper on the side so I can pick it up with the car after it was done. He immediately went on the defensive mode and said «Why do you need it, you don’t need it». I obviously wanted my old rear bumper back because I want to make sure the I actually got a new one from him.
They literally called me back 5 minutes later and tell me that they can patch up my old bumper so I wouldn’t need a new one. A sound very suspicious doesn’t it? Then they said that it’ll save me $ 50 if I did it that way. I agreed to it and he sent me a second estimate with only $ 20 off with even more suspicious body work quotes.
I called them the very next morning so I can go through the 2^nd estimate with them. They got on the defense mode again and literally started yelling at me. Ever since when does the customer not have the right to go over the estimate with whom they’re doing business with? They hung up and I re-​called to find out what I’m paying for the work they’re doing. Then they hung up the phone after telling me to stop bothering them and to pick up the car after it was done. I’ve dealt with shady businesses but this definitely tops all of them.
This place is very shady and there are red flags raised everywhere. Don’t deal with them but if you do, PLEASE MAKE SURE that you tell them to keep the old car parts with them so you can pick it up when you pick up your car. This will assure you that YOU ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR THE NEW PARTS FROM THEM.
