Aztec Auto Detailing

I have been working in the PCT towers for almost 5 years and was always tempted to get my car washed there because it would be so convenient and I do not have a lot of time. I chose to get the full detail of the car, inside and out. When I picked up the car, I found many problems. Not to mention the horrible, suffocating smell of the cleaning products used – I have come to expect this as a price to pay for getting my car looking like new (or close to it). However, the car is barely clean. It looks like they did not even vacuum the inside. There is dust and crumbs all over the carpets, and there are some sticky spots on the plastic that are still there. The rims are still dirty – looks like they were not even cleaned. The mats were obviously washed, as well as the seats. The guy said some of the stains might not come out completely – which I understand; however, NONE of the stains came out. The outside of the car is questionable. Because so many people have bumped into my car over the last 14 years, there are quite a few nicks and scratches. However, when I have had my car detailed in the past, they were able to improve the appearance immensely. In this case, it does not look any better than if I had washed it at a drive-​through car wash. Reading other reviews of Aztec, I now wonder how many new nicks and dings I have.
Unfortunately the business was closed when I picked up my car, so I have had not had a chance to voice my complaints, and am traveling for the next 2 weeks.
