Very pleased with Agent Image’s work on our website. Compared to many other options out there for the price, you won’t go wrong with Agent Image. They work closely with you to give you exactly what you want… we came in with an idea and they made it happen! Customer service has been getting better; if there is an issue, they’ll make sure it gets fixed in a timely manner. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because some of their departments seem to have not received the «please provide great customer service» memo! Ross is always quick to respond with my requests. He responds within hours and the revisions are usually done within 24 hours.

I waver between at 2 and a 3 star. I went ahead with the 3 because of the website. (‘ve now since changed that since my initial review) I ordered a semi custom in April and still don’t have the finished product. We’re so close. What’s there looks really good. Marc has been good at making suggestions and recommendations to better increase SEO and increase user experience.
I have/​had concerns with the communications within the company. Once you talk to the salesperson he/​she will never ever contact you again. Initially you talk to an «Art Director» then a Project Manager. The communication between these two is very important and make sure they are talking to one another, otherwise you’ll get delayed and it will take you nearly 3 months to get your website, which actually is much longer than it should be. If it’s semi-​custom your talking point and click and add photos and copy so I don’t understand the delay except for the background programming which is basically connecting your IDX. The other concern is if you set up an appointment they will not confirm, but will just call you at that time.
As of 6÷21÷16 my site is finished however, there seems to be a problem getting my site to go live. The other issue is that they call just out of the blue with no warning, yet don’t respond to request for meetings.
The other is that they will say that they will complete a task on a certain date and don’t and don’t call to tell you that it won’t be ready. I know the work involved in putting together a website, but maybe my expectations from Josh were set to high. I’ve complained to Aesha Coledo the dept head and she makes promises but doesn’t check to follow through.
I like what they can do, but getting to that end point has been very frustrating.
I think they are more interesting in getting the reviews to be 5 stars then they are in getting the work completed. Now another «department head» Michael Martinez has called instead of getting to problem he is, again, more concerned with the reviews, not getting my website correct and up.
I even had them ask me to change my review on their website. I did thinking that would help me get my site completed sooner. It was suppose to go live 2 days ago then last night I kept getting the wrong information about getting the site to go live.
Then I discovered the mobile version wasn’t correct. He said it was so I sent him a screen shot and he said he’d get back to me. Well he didn’t. This is the 5^th time that has happened. He will call tomorrow and say I didn’t say right away. He is very careful not to put much in writing so you can’t catch him on it. They were suppose to charge me for the second half after they finished the site, but they charged me in month 2 when we just finished in month 3.
Now I’m nervous about the follow up after it’s final up.

Arjay was very helpful in resolving my website issues quickly. However, I often find that my email requests are not being handled in a timely manner by Agent Image, and I am working with different people each time. I prefer to work with Arjay, and will be sending him all of my requests in the future. Furthermore, the programming dept is very slow to complete the changes that I need to have done.

It seems a lot of website companies do a great job selling the original site (where they make the most money) but fail to be helpful or timely on website updates, not Agent Image! They continue to impress and handle all requests quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and can’t thank them enough for making my life easier. My website is extremely important but I’m too busy to micro-​manage it! Agent Image let’s me focus on the important things, like growing my business.

Overall I give Jose 4 stars and 1 star to your developers. The good: They are always there to answer questions and emails and go over any changes. The huge problem is with your developers in Asia NOT support staff. They don’t seem to comprehend changes that I want, even when there is a composition in front of their face. I shouldn’t have to have a live website not functioning properly due to lazy error and then wait days and many phone calls later to have it fixed. Especially if I am paying more money to have these changes made to my home page. It’s embarrassing to me when i spent a lot of money on Marketing and it doesn’t work properly. I hope I’m not asking for to much.

Great design and functionality. These guys take their work seriously. A lot of people complaining about the time it takes but the reality is these guys build beautiful custom sites and that takes time.
