This is a young aggressive group, motivated by Adam with a wealth of knowledge. I had their rising star Erick Smith working on my behalf. Erick is no 9 to 5 guy. He is personable, works late hours, weekends and is easy to reach.

I had spent 6 years plus attempting to Modify my Loan and the Mortgage company made it so difficult. I tried for years to do all the right things to keep my property and the system that was built to have its consumers fail, was winning. I had given up hope and fell behind. Something I never thought I would do, and something that had me feel as if I had failed. When all was almost lost, the FAIR Program team called me. They stopped the house from being Foreclosed. They met with me personally. They talked me through the process and they gave me a sense that someone was willing to help in all they ways they could.
They made a process that I had now cringed from be a process I was able to get through.
They handled every step of the way with solid information, upfront details, and they ensured that I not only understood, but I felt good taking each step.
With all the delays and things to do, the team, Especially David D, got the paperwork done and we ended up with a Short Sale. Everyone came out with what they wanted or needed and it was done with integrity and respect.
Because of David and the FAIR team I could close a chapter in my life that had pulled me down and had me feel bad about myself and the situation. They allowed me to gather my composure and my dignity and set me on a path that brings promise of the future I intend to build.

We were facing difficult times and our house was getting foreclosed. Luckily for us we met Nick with the fair program and he helped us save our home by putting together a loan modification package and I got approved in about a month. These guys are awesome!

The Fair Program helped my mom and dad get a loan mod approved in less than two months. Without them my family would have been left without our family home. Before coming to fair, my parents had been approached by several other agencies that were pseudo professionals and sketchy. I can admit I was skeptical of them as well in the beginning but I’m so happy my parents took a leap of faith and gave them a try. They kept my parents informed every step of the way and ended up lowering my parents payments by $ 400. While that may not be a lot to most– it was just what was needed to keep my parents in their home. When other companies tried charging them up front fair program never asked for a dime. They saved us and I’m thankful.

I love this company ! I met with Galina, Sean, Eric and Adam! been a real struggle of late looking for a new place to live. Can not imagine anyone having prime credit right now. and mine is also in the questionable stage. Have had a rough patch of time lately and was recommended to Fair.
I called and was quickly set up with Andrew who spent a bit of time in a conversation with me. We did NOT have a 20 question interview but a person to person chat. I am now situated and can not thank you enough for all that you have done for me. Might seem like a few moments for you, but it was the world for me.

The Fair program was very helpful in helping me get a loan modification from my lender
I had tried getting a loan modification two times in the last two years and was not approved both times then I believe with the Fair program they were able to convince my lender Ocwen to get my approval this time
