Terrible. I order 2 orders of tacos and after I pay she says«it will be between 25– 30 min… be right out?» Don’t think I’ve ever seen a taco truck so diorganized and slow. Not to mention I was hungry as could be :(

These street tacos could be the best offered on the west side of town! We ate the«brick & mortar» restaurant on Doniphan and Thorn Ave.(not the street truck). Beware… VERY small parking lot in the rear of the building, may have to park on the north side of Thorn Ave. and walk across the street. It’s well worth the walk! Spacious, quiet and air conditioned dining area!

The food is good. And the rep was super nice. I always ask to give me the best they have when it comes to food trucks… this one didn’t fail. Besides I was hung over and hungry. The only thing I was missing was a XX. Ask did the asada tacos.

Best tacos I’ve had in a long time! If you can’t find the truck, hit up their spot on Doniphan! 5222 Doniphan Dr, Ste B, El Paso, TX79932

The owner is incredibly nice and the food is seriously the best! If you go, you have to get the carne asada fries! Best in EP :)

Wife is working late and I needed to feed the kids. I had been wanting to hit the truck and this was the best opportunity to do so. Service was really friendly and the joint looks pretty clean. I grabbed orders for carne asada, fajita, al pastor, and an order of asada fries. Right off the bat, the asada tacos are the best… so is the combination with the fries. The flavor of the asada tacos remind me of my favorite taco joint in Dallas ‘La Paisanita’. The fajita meat had a nice distinct flavor without being greasy. It’s hard to find this type of combination. My toddlers loved pecking at the fajita. I also had a sample of the pibil. Really good flavor and overall texture, but it may have lacked a little salt. The reason this joint doesn’t quite reach a 4 or 5 is because the al pastor flavor was quite bland actually. Also, they need to find a better tasting tortilla. Unfortunately, the limestone-tasting tortilla overwhelmed what could have been a 5 star experience. I will definitely come back tho.

I regularly go on food truck binges because I have a huge love for meals that come to me(or at least meets me halfway), but mostly I’ve become a rather lazy cook. The Street Kitchen happens to park a few feet from my front door so laziness has never been easier. TSK parks on Helen of Troy by Resler(as of now) pretty regularly. It’s a green truck with a flashing open sign… so hard to miss. There’s usually quite a few cars surrounding it, that seems to be a mix of customers and people that venture from a far away land(the rest of El Paso) to run the Pat ‘O Rouke Trail. Occasionally when I go there is a line, but it’s a good sign when a food truck has a line. TSK serves up tacos, fries, and the like. Nothing out of the ordinary, but good. So far the carne asada tacos have been my favorite. The garlic fries could’ve been a little bit more done when I had them. They’re steak fries, but they always seem to come out quite soggy… definitely not baked, but I can’t say they’re fried either. They may be made beforehand so it may be the warming/reheating process. Check ‘em out if your in the area. Pick up some tasty tacos with some great service(they’ll bring your food car side if you point it out to them after ordering).
