These people are always helpful and friendly. I don’t like their telephone help line in the locations — the hold is too long. Their real person lines go quickly though. I went in once and the line was to the door and I thought, «Oh no, I’ll be here forever» but stayed anyway and was amazed at the speed. These people rock.
