After taking my car to a BMW dealership and getting ridiculously and getting taking won’t take my BMW to any other shop. Honest and great prices!

Haven’t taken my car into the shop here… yet, but spoke to Jason on the phone trying to locate a part. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. They clearly take good care of their customers I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in.

Finding a honest and knowledgeable mechanic is difficult now a days. Platteforme AG goes above and beyond with technicalities needed for proper race car work including fabrications, suspension, etc. I was impressed by the guys in the garage. Also appreciate the no-​rush attitude, allowing them to spend time on your car to get things dialed in. It was a shame tho that the guys in the office kept pressuring me to sit inside the office versus observing in the garage. I, like most other car enthusiasts like the see whats going on with my car.

Best independent shop that I know of. Years of experience, competent mechanics, professional service staff, terrific work performance. They specialize in BMW’s but are knowledgeable about basically all the makes and models out there, from Subarus and Mitsubishis to Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Been a customer going on 8 years now I think, I’ve tried other independent shops but they’ve never compared to the level of service and quality I get from Platte Forme a.g. A+!

Toan is awesome. Did a fender rolling/​hammering and sub-​frame inspection for me on my e46, as well as pointing out a wheel spacer issue he’d seen before. Which he tried to remedy for me as well. He took his time and made sure everything was super clean and well thought out/​performed. He’s a perfectionist, and an artist. Not sure you’ll understand that unless you see the guy do his work, but I was impressed. It was like watching myself work on the car. I will be coming back for some racing goodies, and a thorough sub-​frame and diff overhaul. I would have no hesitation in taking your track toy or weekend car over to the shop. Make an appointment as he is a busy guy!

Great group of guys! All of them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came all the way from San Diego so that should tell you something! Toan and his team were able to accommodate me in a timely manner and got everything done perfectly same day for me right before a track day. Whether it’s parts, service or setup Platte Forme does it all. Support is also excellent afterwards as they always answer my questions even on weekends at the track. A+ shop, highly recommended.

Every time i stop by the shop, i feel as if i’m a kid in a candy store. There’s always beautiful cars inside the shop and it’s very clean. I like to stop by to bother Toan every now and then just to see what’s new at the shop. I also bring my Integra Type R to get an alignment before my track days. Toan’s always helpful and willing to throw ideas to help me get faster.

Gary, Toan, Jason, and the rest of the guys there are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. The best part of visiting PF is all the amazing cars parked inside their facility. Reviews are pretty spot on. Technically excellent, super customer service. Good pricing. Laid back atmosphere but very professional— everyone’s very friendly and approachable. They’ve even dropped me off and picked me up from work whenever I could not find a ride. Though they probably work on other cars, when it comes to the M3 I know they have the expertise. It’s fun visiting their shop and checking out all the different M3’s and race-​cars, including their own time attack LSB M3. Most importantly you leave the place feeling they really care about helping the customer out and getting your car working properly.

This place is certainly by far the best place you should take your vehicle to. From a simple alignment to an installation, the staffs there are always willing to help out a fellow customer. At first impression, everyone turned out to be very friendly and welcoming. Their work is extremely professional. If you want things done right, you shouldn’t hesitate to bring your car here!

One of the best shops that I have ever been to in all my life and I’ve been to so many that I can’t count them all on my fingers and toes.
Toan and Gary have been helpful with me every step of the way. Especially patient with my noobish question at times.
They are always working on top quality cars over there and I trust them with my baby which is saying a lot because I rarely let others touch my car. But I trust them whole heartedly. Their experience and knowledge lets me sleep at night peacefully.

Toan provided me with great customer service and a very thorough explanation to what my car service needed. He knows everything there is to know about BMWs and more and he answered all my questions that I gave him without a problem. Absolutely the guy to go to if you need anything done to your car whether it’s a BMW, Merc, Honda, or even a Toyota, he will know what to do to make you feel at ease.
Gary ordered the parts for my car and the turn around time was very quick. The parts arrived sooner than I could plan to drop my car off for the installation. Definitely a great plus to know that your services will be provided sooner than later.
Matt’s installation was spot on. He did the install with ease and finished in no time epesecially given with his skill of expertise working around BMWs for so long. Watching him do the install was a learning experience as well since he noticed I was paying attention to what he was doing that he started to explain why he does it this way and what he was doing. Very pleased with the extra work of detail to do things that other mechanics may or may not provide.
Great customer service, great prices, great amount of knowledge in what they do, and definitely a great experience to have your car serviced here. The shop is very spacious and very clean. You should definitely come to Platte Forme a.g. for your car’s every needs!

True professionals at their craft. Would highly recommend anyone who needs work done on their car to drop by. They do everything from aftermarket performance modifications to BMW factory service. I’ve brought my Audi S5 and my Acura CL to the technicians here on multiple occasions and have never had a single complaint. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my car. They are the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be. A+

Toan is the guy to talk when you need a problem fixed. Also came here for my wheel alignment and they have been very patient with me and took great care of my car in terms of specs. Alignment on point. Customer for life.

This place specializes in BMWs, Mercedes, and Porsches. Toan is a former master mechanic at BMW dealership and he has been servicing my cars for the past 3 – 4 years. He definitely knows his stuff and very thorough.
He has worked on my BMW M3 and I referred him to my sister to do basic maintenance on her BMW 330i. His prices can’t be beat. My sister needed a lot of service done (transmission service, brakes etc) and she was getting quotes in the $ 3K range at other shops. Toan was able to get it in at $ 2K.
Not only do they do basic maintenance work, they do a lot of high performance stuff for BMWs and other German cars. My coilovers which was installed at another shop was giving me steering wheel issues. I took it to Toan and he was able to fix the issue and didn’t even charge me! They also were also able to remove my supercharger, aftermarket exhaust, and intake from my M3 which I was selling. They even let me leave it the parts at the shop for a couple of days while I sell off the parts online.
Bottom line, he really takes care of his customers and he really does good work at reasonable price. It’s worth the drive.

After hearing from my BMW friends how great they are, I sent them an email to setup an appointment for my STI to get an alignment and corner balance.
Toan greeted me when I walked in and proceeded to put my car up on the rack. He took great care in doing it right and stayed past their closing time, finishing it up.
Awesome shop (and the people who run it are pretty awesome too). I can definitely recommend it others.
