Great shop! I’ve been coming to Luong and his shop since it first opened. I first came to him after a dealership recommended body shop screwed up my e90 after a fender bender. Took it to Luong to have him fix the first shops mistakes and have never taken any of my cars to anyone since. Definitely recommend them, they give my cars the attention they deserve and are up front about what’s wrong with the car, I never feel like their looking for things to charge me for like dealerships and some other shops.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with from an auto body shop. If you’re not local, STAY AWAY.
I purchased an M-​Tech Rear Bumper from them in July, 2015.
Issue #1, the bumper was backordered for 1 month and I received no email notifying me of the back order. I sent multiple emails asking where the bumper was and no reply. Finally they answered the phone and told me it had been backordered. I eventually received a bumper.
Issue #2. They sent me the WRONG bumper. I clearly ordered a bumper with holes for PDC sensors. They sent me a bumper with no holes.
Issue #3. I tried to return the bumper, but they replied «I can supply the PDC holders and the drill so the shop can do it» (exact quote from email).
I sent them pictures of my bumper showing it was the wrong bumper and after requesting constantly for them to pay for return shipping, I never heard from them for the next 2 months.
After 2 months, they finally responded, telling me that it is not their fault that a shop won’t drill holes into the bumper and they won’t pay for return shipping.
I requested a refund including return shipping and LTMW refused. If anyone has shipped a rear bumper before, it costs more than $ 250 if you are an individual (non-​business).
I rate them 1 star for lack of communication regarding an order, sending me the wrong product, refusing to accommodate shipping for the wrong product, and lack of communication during the dispute.

This is a great shop to take your vehicle… I brought my lexus it was my first time going here … So they did my air suspension installation and it was done with quality and friendly customer service I was helped by Will and long and recommend anybody to try them out thanks guys!!!

Saw some pictures of the Vollkommen Design E90 a year back and decided to take the plunge into building my own. Long Tran was very helpful and gave me advice on parts and helped me out along the way. My build is complete and Long keeps in touch helping me with and problems I have.

Hate to say it but this place hires the worse receptionists/​secretaries. I called in for a quote 3 days ago and still haven’t received a call back. I’ve already taken my vehicle to a different shop to get it fixed. Most likely the receptionist is unorganized and forgot about my quote. I’m wondering how you can forget when you wrote down my VIN number and phone number.
Their work and mechanics are 100%, but when it comes to customer service from their front desk it has always been a hit or miss.

LTMW is the real deal. I am what you would call a «mad old school customer… like…mad mad.» I have been going to Long since he was doing work literally out of the garage at his house, circa (2007)…before LTMW was LTMW.
This cat has hooked up my old 335i and my current e92 M3 with all sorts of things… powder coated wheels, hoods, diffusers, spoilers, LED interior lighting, you name it.
Take it from a dude that’s been going to LTMW for 7 years (he was only doing BMWs for several years before he expanded to exotics and others). He will hook your car up!

LTMW is the best body shop I have been to because:
1. The staff were nice — David was the guy who took great care of me; the rest of the staff were all very friendly and they did great work on my car !
2. The job is perfect — from start to finish, the crew at LTMW did work of the highest professional level. Even the car wash they give you at the end is show time quality. Nuff said.
3. Their work was fast — the project was done quickly without sacrificing any quality. They were ahead of schedule and the end result looked really amazing. 2 thumbs up.
I am definitely one very very happy customer, and I truly believe that LTMW is a shop which deserves to be around for many more years, because they are great people who do great work ! :)

Their work definitely speaks for itself, especially if you actively follow car Instagrams and magazines. They’ve put together some crazy builds, so naturally I wanted to get something done from LTMW.
I wanted an Amuse style front bumper initially, but after reading many threads about aftermarket fitment issues, I decided to shell out more to get it done right with OEM fitment. I had a 1M bumper done and they offered to do the job with free installation. All in all, it was $ 1,450 painted and 2.5 weeks to get everything done. The website pricing isn’t exactly accurate because it said I would have had to pay $ 1,750, so I ended up paying a lot less.
They gave me a loaner bumper during the 2.5 weeks (which felt like years) and it was worth the wait. The paint matched perfectly and the fitment was on point. I cannot stop looking at my bae aka car.
The only issue was communication. It was a little awkward contacting LTMW and waiting there both times. I felt like we were almost a nuisance, so I tried not to bother them too much. Other than that, if you need good cosmetic work done, I would trust LTMW with your car.

Quick and cheaper than my previous Bimmer shop, which was ripping me off… would def. recommend.

Been and was Evosport customer since 2003 until 2011. I went to many other shops to find right shop for my liking. It almost took me 3 years and finally met Long tran, David and their crew members.
God, I am now relief! Ltmw knows how to take care of customers and cars!

Came here about a year ago to get a battery replaced after about 70k miles on my e92. Had some other things done at LTMW before and they were highly recommended on the forum boards so I figured why not? Get my battery taken care of and notice that my clock and cpu needs to be inputted back in. No prob since they just replaced out my battery and its pretty typical for this to happen. But this happened continually over what would be over a year. I havent had time, mpg consumption, (basically anythign that needed to be saved), since the beginning of 2013. I naturally take it back to the shop the next week to get it fixed. No problem they say, they accidentally ran the wrong battery registration program since the battery part number changed. Phew I thought, only an hour wait and an hour roundtrip drive for a silly mistake but I am already here so I can let it slide. Leave again, same thing happens. Trip #3 comes in, now im told it can be a whole array of things. Quoted a good chunk of money to get a diagnosis and for any possible repairs. figured it wasnt worth it since its not 100% and it was just my clock that was affected. I just wrote the issue off and figured it was one of BMW’s notorious electrical gremlins at work. The whole issue kind of left a sour taste in my mouth so the next time I needed work done, (which was a crank sensor) I decided to go to another BMW shop that was local. This shop not only fixed what I came in for, but went above and beyond and diagnosed any other additional problems that I did not ask for, which was the battery issue that plagued me from the year before. They did some digging around in the trunk (where the battery is) and found out that a simple wire was not plugged. They plugged it in and voila, I now have time and CPU settings saved. This new shop also let me know that this wire is common procedure to having your battery replaced and 100% should have been connected. This raised questions to me whether this was intentionally left out (to leech more money from my wallet) or if they are just inexperienced/​negligent. I even went back 3 times to have this looked at and it still continued to be overlooked. Either situation was bad enough to warrant me to leave this review, even a year after the fact.
In all, they have or had an awesome reputation on the forum boards, but dont let this halo affect influence your decision in choosing which shop to go to. This shop DOES make mistakes as with any other shops (simple mistakes it seems), so please go to multiple shops to get a correct diagnosis and repair.

Long is the man! He was friendly and greets his customers with utmost professionalism. I recently found them through Unilocal as I damaged my bumper. To find out this place is known worldwide, this was a piece of cake for them. After taking to long about a half an hour about cars, he provided a great deal to repair and repaint my bumper. Everything was done as he promised and the bumper I thought they could never repair, looks as good as new! Long and his guys are definitely masters of their craft and there is no job to big for them. I’m fairly new to the area and anything I may need for my car, I’m definitely going back to them. Thanks again!

Worst customer service and installation I have ever experienced. He came highly recommended, what for I don’t know but they should have been embarrassed by the lack of quality and installation of my interior trim when my car was returned to me. Cheapest thinnest material ever made, and oh wait. It took them a month and a half to give me my car back, and it was only suppose to take a day to install… Stay away from this place unless you have like $ 5000 to drop there

If you need ANY work done on your BMW, this is the place to take it. I bought my BMW back in September, and every single work (except for one), has been done at this shop. Long is super rad, and he has hooked up, as well as tricked up, my ride.
One highlight and great experience I had at the shop is when Long let me borrow his truck to drive home my hood. I didn’t have a truck or any means of transportation, and for him to do that, unbelievable.
The shop is definitely a cool place to hang out. You can walk around and take fanboy pictures of all the sick cars they have on the lot, or relax in the lobby where they have all their awards from car meets over the years.
Long is knowledge, and isn’t afraid to give you his two cents on whether something will look good on your car or not. When he gives you advice, take it. The guy has made cars prepped for an art museum.

coolant warNIng, check engiNE and limp mode… dead bmw on the side of the road… calling bmw repair sHops, but none available to do immediate repairs… already assUmiNg issues with the water pump… calling arounD foR quotEs for water pump and might as well replace the thermostat… ltmw able to Do same day service for the lowest quote… calling a aaa tow truck and delivered to ltmw latE morning… quick call for bmw parts and aVailable… waiting room with mostly bmw modification parts, pool table, strEet fighter, televisioN, etc… going out for lunch and movies to pass time… returning early evening and ltmw still busy working on the car… bit difficult working around the bmw all-​wheel drive xi system… passing time in the waiting room watching television and going outside to view the wide body liberty walk machines… ferrari 458, gtr and other vehicles… filming and interview going on inside the garage… mechanics still working… working past closing hours to get the water pump and thermostat replaced… finished same day as promised for the lowest price…

I’ve been coming here get my baby taken care of for her needs — so far she’s been very happy :)
I brought my car in today (Sat) without an appointment to get an oil change. I wasn’t expecting anything but Long greeted me and said it was no problem and had work started on it immediately.
Daniel did the oil change and was a pleasure to chat with. The service was quick and I was in and out without any wait time except to check out the awesome Liberty Walk cars outside.
Long even helped me affix my front reflector at no extra cost — he probably couldn’t stand how ghetto it looked lol. Philip had helped me on the other side previously… (–_​-​) but I’m sad that Melissa and Philip are no longer with the company :/​— they were awesome and I wish them the best.
LTMW is a great company with passionate staff and fellow enthusiasts. I will be back shortly.

AAA’ed the damn E90 over the next day! Also informed me of a leaking Oil Filter Housing gasket. Told me it’s NOT A PRESSING ISSUE, but since we have things out, do you want it fixed as well?

LTMW does it again. They installed a new bumper and Mode Carbon lip on my M3 as well as a custom GTS rear spoiler. The work was awesome and the staff, especially Phil and Melissa, made it feel like we were old friends.
LTMW is 40+ miles from my house but it will continue to be my shop of choice!

Hit some road debris while driving down the 405. Took my car to Long and he said that the car would come back looking like new. His words did not disappoint! All the necessary parts were replaced, panels massaged back into place, and fresh paint placed where it was necessary. The car’s paint and overall look is better now than when it came out of the factory 15 years ago.
I come to Long and his team at LTMotorWerks for everything done to my 98 Estoril Blue M3 Saloon. If you ever need a mod, big or small, done to your car (and it doesn’t even have to be a BMW), he can make it happen. And it doesn’t stop there. If you ever get into a fender bender like I did and need to go through insurance, Long is your guy.
