Tony and Larry did an outstanding job on my old central vac system. Amazingly, they were able to find a leak in the system that was up in the ceiling. I never thought they could do it, but, on the first try, they found the leak. This company is professional and courteous. I felt that we were in good hands, and that this company knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend, Sierra Central Vacuum Systems.

Simply terrific! Lori worked with me on our somewhat erratic schedule to arrange a service call to check out the 17 yr old Sequoia central vacuum in the house we had just bought. Larry came early (yes early! after checking to see if it was ok), laid out the options we had since our motor was burnt out, and installed a whole new canister for a very good price. It even has a lifetime warranty with Sierra Central Vacuum for no additional cost. This company is wonderful to deal with in all respects! I highly recommend them!

Earlier this week, our Sequoia central vacuum system suddenly lost about two-​thirds of its suction power. We called Sierra and Tony came by the next day. He was right on time, courteous and really knows his stuff!
I showed Tony to the garage where the power unit was located and he quickly determined that there was a leak in the system. Within a few minutes, he fixed a pvc pipe that had been dislodged and the power came back in full force. But Tony asked to see every outlet throughout our house and checked every single one of them.
Tony told me that he had been doing this for 35 years and his expertise really showed. He is a real pro.

My 31-​year-​old central vacuum system needed work, but the company that made and sold me the unit had gone out of business. A lead from one of the owners took me to Sierra Central Vacuum Systems, where — low and behold — I found Tony, one of the guys from the original company! (That’s him in the photo.) He knew my system cold, and walked me through the options: replace the motor unit (but what about the electronics? They’re nearly impossible to find…) or replace the unit with a better one for not much more. He had all the details I needed so I would list the pros and cons. When I made my decision, the office set me up with an appointment the next week, and Tony himself came out to remove the old unit and install a new (much better) unit. We kept the same tube system and even the pre-​separator. He replace the inlets (the new ones use 12V low-​voltage as opposed to the older but patented 120V low-​current).
Super efficient! Showed up on-​time, we reminisced a bit about the old company, he got the old unit out and hauled away, installed the new one, replaced the inlets, tested the whole system, walked us through its use and how to use the tools, cleaned up when done, and was out of there is just about 2 hours! The new unit is guaranteed for life. He gave me all the contact info needed, and told me to email him when it was time to replace the cartridge filter and he’d send a new one.
We were delighted with the pre-​sales, scheduling, and installation of the system. The unit was EXACTLY the right one for the house, not too big, not too expensive, super quiet, better suction, and really good quality tools. Tony even gave us credit for the hose from our old system (we had just replaced it a year earlier), which brought the final price below my expectation.

Unbelievable! Called on Sunday — yes on SUNDAY — and talked with Lori. She took my information and on Monday morning — yes THE VERY NEXT DAY — Larry arrived to service our central vacuum. Cleared the lines, serviced the equipment, including the vacuum head, and the result was fantastic! Really fair pricing but most of all totally responsive! We sooooo much appreciate these guys… give them your business with confidence!

The best thing I did! I called the Sierra Central Vacuum Systems. They sent Larry, and he did a very nice job checking my old Sequoia central vacuum. He explained how the system works, and suggested the yearly maintenance to make the system running smoothly. After he left, I used my central vacuum right away, and I am so happy with my system running good again. By the way, I have 3 big dogs which shed a lot… that is why I am so happy today! Thank you so much!

Tony and Lori are great. I received multiple bids to install a central vacuum. Not only were they competitively priced, they were clearly the most knowledgeable, and communication was great.

I was referred to Tony by Grand Sew and Vac on Grand Ave in Oakland. I made an appointment and he showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. I cleaned the lines and significantly improved suction. He diagnosed the problem with our system and will order the oarts and return to install them. He was very nice, clean, and thorough. I would recommend him.

I bought a central vacuum system from Tony. No installation charge, very knowledgeable and professional. Price is very competitive locally. Cheaper to buy online but good luck with the warranty and installation. Sierra Central Vac offers lifetime warranty on parts and 1 year on service. I strongly recommend Tony and Lorie.
