Getting a smog is like visiting the dentist– no one wants to go and you hope there’s only good news. That being said, my Unilocal friends guided me here and I was pleasantly pleased. Dropped by without an appointment on a Thursday and as greeted promptly and professionally. All in all the service took about 15 minutes and I was in and out. I’m totally coming back here in 2 years.

Really easy to find, nice sized parking lot so you don’t have to leave your car on the street. I went in on my lunch break and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Berc and Lenny were very friendly and helpful, this has definitely been my best experience at a smog shop.

Couldn’t have been any easier. Best price around for a smog check if you use the coupon from the ValPak mailers. The tech was super nice and polite. Waiting area is no frills — if you want amenities while you wait there are plenty of other smog check places willing to cater to you, but with much higher prices. Since I prefer to get my smog check done quickly and cheaply, this is the place for me.

I went in today at 9:15 am to get a smog check, it took maybe 15 to 20 minutes and it was quick and easy. Guys were nice and friendly it got me out a lot earlier than expected.

Went today to get a smog check on a 2000 Dodge. Guy said it would be $ 98. I went to another guy on 23rd St. in my ‘hood and paid $ 58.
Call around. This place is a total ripoff, charging nearly 100% more than the other guys.

Incredibly fast and competent service. Only about 10 minutes and it was done. Both people there made me feel welcome and were very friendly. Make sure you use the $ 30 dollar on line coupon and your cost will be about $ 60 total. These folks will be my go to for smog checks in the future.

Is it possible? I actually enjoyed getting a smog test/​certificate here today! The gentleman who did the test was very polite and considerate and even tried to make my nervous dog comfortable. He asked me to wait 5 minutes while he finished with the prior customer and then it was my turn. He said it would only take 10 minutes (a record time from past experiences!) and it did. I took my dog for a walk around the block and when I came back my car was ready (and passed, yay!) Be sure to visit their website or call first to arrange their $ 30 off discount that they advertise on their site. Their prices are posted on the wall in the office and with the discount I only paid $ 59 for the test and certificate.

I just went this place.
The guy did not tell me how much it will cost. Since other folks said it is very reasonable, so I thought I did not need to worry about the price. When I got a paper, it said $ 90!!!
Please make sure how much it will be in advance; otherwise, you may get ripped off.
