Strength Training: You’ll have the opportunity to learn Olympic weight training movements. I’m not so much concerned about how much weight you can lift, but rather proper technique during the movement.
Cardiovascular Endurance: What would you say if I told you I guarantee that after a 4 minute workout, you’ll fall to the floor with exhaustion? Come on in and I’ll show you what I mean.
Agility & Balance: Often time the most overlooked area of fitness. Focusing on a solid core and quick feet will help you with your other areas of focus.
Weight Loss: This is the benefit from the varied movements mentioned above. While gaining muscle, building your endurance and core, you will lower your body fat % without focusing solely on it.
