These services range from tentative parcel maps, subdivision maps, feasibility studies, drainage studies, grading plans, storm water management plans, street improvement plans, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, conditional use permits and land use/site planning. History
Established in 1999.
Larry Walsh has over 25 years of Land Development related experience. His career began with Subdivision Design at Rick Engineering Company. Projects included developments in Otay Mesa and Scripps Ranch. At RBF he became a project manager where he was able to put his design experience and organizational skills to use on several high profile projects.
In 1998, Larry joined Continental Homes/DR Horton, as the Construction Contracts Manager for the Rancho Carrillo project, an 1800 unit master planned community in Carlsbad. Spending one year directly in the construction industry for one of San Diego’s top builders completed a well-rounded portfolio of experience. This together with subdividing and developing his own properties gave Larry the experience and knowledge necessary to establish Walsh Engineering & Surveying, Inc. in 1999. His continued direct involvement in each project has ensured their efficient and timely completion.
