The last few months, my wife has been glad by to classes here. Shortly after, I started my three year old in the little kids’ class, and eventually after seeing how much they liked it I started going myself. Now I train here several times a week, and I am having a great time with it. The instructors and coaches are always ready to motivate you to give your best effort, and cater to such a wide variety of skill and fitness levels. This is a really amazing gym and I’m so glad I joined! I got the annual pass which comes with a VIP package with incredible perks, I can even bring someone with me anytime I go free of charge. My best investment in a long time, hands down.

I love this place, the coaches and all the staff is amazing. I have never take any classes like this so they guided me to pick a class that fits my needs. The ambiance is so chill, I decided to take my kid for classes too. Best decision I have ever made! They have really changed my life. Thank you!

I went to my first FitKick class on Saturday. Heather was a great instructor! Seeing that I have never done any kickboxing or boxing before she was very patient with me and good at explaining how to do each activity properly. The other ladies in class were very nice and helpful as well. It was hard work and I was drenched in sweat but I felt so proud of myself when the class was over. I felt strong. Let’s just say I went out and bought myself my first pair of boxing gloves and I’m eager to learn more! The gym was clean and the mats and bags we used were all in very good shape. Parking was easy in the morning.

Great gym, I train here twice a week doing Muay Thai under Preston. This guy is awesome, he teaches traditional Thai boxing here. He very attentive and make sure you get the technique right.

I can not say enough great things about this place! Andy the owner, really knows how to treat his clients. I’ve been coming here now for little over a month for personal training and I couldn’t be more impressed. I actually started kick boxing this morning and am very excited for this new adventure in my fitness life. Thank you so much to everyone at this amazing establishment. I wish you all many many years of health and success.

I love this place… not only do they treat you like family, but their classes are simply amazing. The staff is super knowledgable on every aspect of mma. Parents if your wondering if this place is children friendly they are; they have classes targeted to children and for children while the adult classes are for the adults only. Give this place a try and you’ll be hooked like I am :)

What a scam. The fitness is great, but they make their money off of straight out lying to prospective members. They tell the prospective customers that it is a month to month deal. There is no commitment. I only went a couple of times (yeah, I know, I wasn’t very committed at that time). Anyway like a month later I get a notice saying that I owe for the second month. I’m irritated, but I call and say, ok, I don’t want bad credit, I’ll pay it even though there were three of us there when I signed up, and they all heard the same thing: NO COMMITTMENT!!!, pay only for the months used. Well the representative for undisputed, said unfortunately you must give us a 30 day notice so you must pay for the third month now too, if you don’t want us to report you to the credit department. Just to be sure, I called back and asked for the manager. I was asked by the employee if I bothered, (yes, bothered) to read the contract, I said I looked it over, but was assured by the associate that charged me for my first month, that I was only paying for the first month and I could stop going at anytime. I was told it was written in the contract and I should have read all of it! (probably true, but there’s something to be said for being able to trust the company you’re dealing with). I explained to them that I had no problem paying for the second month, but I haven’t even used the third month. I said «I will pay the amount I have to to protect my credit, but I will let others know how you treat customers and prospective customers, they were unwilling to be fair, so I am warning other honest people. Consider finding another company that’s reputable. I paid them, but I’m warning others, consider a company that will respect you.

Terrible Terrible cancellation process that is more like a a shady extortion and criminal like behavior. I was a member at this gym for a while. Then I when i decided to freeze my account then cancel it all together about a month later.
They didn’t listen and lied to me keeping my account active. Then a few months later they sent me a nasty later saying I owed payments when It suppose to have been canceled months ago on their part.
Then I had to tell their staff TWO more times that i wanted my membership canceled by then they added another month charge. Undisputed El Cajon then tried threatening through extortion by reporting me to a credit agency if I didn’t pay for the membership that was suppose to have been canceled and haven’t even used their services for months when I originally froze my account. Stay far far away from here if you don’t want to be shook down and harassed if you try to cancel your membership.

This gym offers a variety of class all throughout the day. From the early morning to late evening you can pretty much get the class you want each day to fit your schedule.
The trainers are very good and teaches well. They actually seems like they care when they teach the classes.
If you are looking to learn how to fight, this is a great place to be. You have some very experienced fighters who have A LOT of success teaching you here.
If you are looking to lose weight and get in GREAT shape, this. I’ve done classes, like JuJitsu and Kickboxing and even their strength and conditioning class and I can say this for sure: you are not just another member. They actually care about your goals and encourage you. While saying this, they don’t just try to make you feel good for coming in. The trainers are well experienced and make sure you are learning and/​or getting the workout you need.
Overall, this gym is 5 stars because of their trainers. The owner of the gym is a pro MMA fighter and he is undefeated. His name is Andy Murad. The guy is very skilled and very successful as a fighter. But even more importantly, he is a GREAT teacher.

I think I covered them all. There could be more I haven’t done.
Lastly, they always update their equipment and keep the place clean. They have some enjoyable barbecues form time to time and they give back to the community very often. Also if you are looking for some entertainment, every Friday they have sparring sessions and you get see some very skilled sparr each other. Pretty fun.

Before i begin talking about the good environment and fun training i will point out once again Unilocal has filtered all types of honest good reviews.

Having said that, i have a blast at this place. Friendly trainers and environment, all types of kids learning great skills and discipline. Its rad to see the kids doing homework before or after class.
MMA, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, all the forms are great exercise and confidence builder. Step out of the box and check it out. People get nervous thinking they are going to walk in the door and get punched in the face by some huge tattooed dude.
Not the case at all, even though there are for sure heavy hitting dudes in there, the trainers make sure everyone works with someone good for them.
Go have some fun and check it out.

I love this place! I am here almost everyday and cannot imagine being anywhere else after work. I come here after work to regain my sanity after stressful days at my office.
Initially, I just came here just for the workout, however, I gained so much knowledge about the sport of boxing. The people are amazing, always making me feel welcomed every time I go in, and the trainers are very knowledgeable about their sport.
The gym has also upgraded a lot of their equipment, and making many changes to the gym atmosphere, making it an even more enjoyable place to be at!

I love my Undisputed, El Cajon! I do one-​on-​one training with Berlin and LOVE it. Everyone is friendly and it is a hell of a workout. I find the boxing training challenging FUN and I always feel like I’m learning new things and improving.
I love the no egos, no intimidation atmosphere too. I am far from a professional but get fist bumps and cheers from staff and members alike all the time! And GOD bless the staff and how great they are with kids — I have been there during the kids sessions (and after when they are running circles around the gym) and those trainers have some PATIENCE!

Great gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable and passionate about the sport. The people that train there are very nice. No big egos. Great work outs while learning technique.

This is the best place to get your work out on! The Muay Thai classes as well as others are tough, but they help build your physical strength. While working out you’re also developing technical fighting skills and by then, your work outs become a great self defense class.

My rating is based on the business practices of Undisputed in El Cajon and not the actual gym. I signed my teenaged son up for a monthly membership. He went two times and realized it wasn’t for him. I went in to cancel his membership and the employee at the time (no longer works there now) said freezing his account is the same as cancelling but you can return without incurring a new membership fee. There were no standard forms, but literally just a handwritten note on a ripped off piece of paper. So I wrote to freeze the account until further notice. Three months later I receive a bill from the gym. They tell me now that freezing is only a courtesy, lasts 3 months and I now must pay another month in order to cancel. I spoke with the manager, Mike, who was unyielding and rude to both myself and my wife. I then spoke with the owner, Stuart, who was more respectful but insisted the extra months charge was valid. He did say that we could use the gym during that final month. Nice of him to offer to let us use the gym for the month we were forced to pay for!
So bottom line, be very cautious with this gym and their rules and contracts. Do not believe what their employees tell you as the mgr/​owner only goes by the exactly what is written by you or in the contract. Also, since they don’t have any official forms for freezing or cancelling membership (very unprofessional), be careful how you write any notes about your account. All in all, we ended up paying over $ 500 for two visits to this gym. In my opinion, there are much better and more professional gyms available who won’t take advantage of you and provide a reasonable level of customer service.

First off gym is dirty as hell and unsanitary. Smells like crap. You don’t need to to smell like shit and be unsanitary to be a serious gym. Second the staff is very unfriendly. I bought two waters that are $ 1 each gave the guy a 5 and he gave me back $ 2. When I asked for the other dollar back the guy argued with me and and made me feel like I was stealing a dollar. Last and most imporatant when I canceled my membership it was the biggest hassle. I canceled a few days after my last billing date. Instead of just charging me a prorated amount for the last few days for a 30 day notice they charged me for a whole nother month. Then I told them I would pay it in cash and the guy said ok. So I got the cash but when I looked at my bank satement and they had taken it out and caused another payment to bounce costing me $ 35. Bottom line is avoid this gym there’s much better ones out there and when you want to cancel its a hassle.

I had been looking for a gym for quite a while and decided to stop in here. So after putting it off a lil i walked in and «Kong» (resident head trainer) greeted me and made me feel more welcome then any where else.
I took a muay thai class that nigh and signed up on the spot and have been going to the muay thai and jiu jitsu classes. AMAZING workout. Everyone is super friendly and laid back. Instructors are amazing. I always leave the gym with my shirt soaked and sweat all over me…
I also took my 8 year old son in to check out the kids class and needless to say I signed him up. He loves the class and interacts with other kids on very different level that promotes a huge amount of respect.
Highly recommend this gym to everyone.
