Mr. Chesley began his law career by attending Western State University, College of Law, with his sixty-​two year old father and older brother. They graduated together, in a moment of of pride and accomplishment.

His interest in Bankruptcy and Debt Collection, began when he attended an elective course, taught by the honorable California Central District Bankruptcy Judge, Aaron K. Phelps.
