Worst franchise I’ve been to! Didn’t know I was supposed to sign in when I walked in the door waited 15 minutes and then told him to wait for everyone else in the store before I could get my haircut.

Got a coupon for a free birthday haircut. Had to wait about 10 minutes. Seems like they were understaffed for a day they expected to be very busy. The haircut shampoo and massage was excellent. Noël was great! If they speed up the waiting process they’ll have a great business. All in all it was a great experience and I will be going back there.

I took my teenage boys here on a Sunday since we needed a cut and this was one of the only open places. Unfortunately, the hairdresser let my boys decide what they wanted and didn’t bother to ask me or my husband beyond my husband telling them they both needed a cut. So my younger teen is ordering their «extras» (including shampoo) right before we are set to go swim in the pool. So I get stuck paying for it despite the fact that I was never consulted. When I asked the gal why she let him order that she had no answer except for «he asked for it.» So they squeeze in a few bucks extra here and there apparently by letting kids decide what they want, never mind the kids are not paying for the haircut. She also did not make any attempt to apologize or comp the shampoo that neither I or my husband ordered. I will NOT ever be returning. I’ll go back to Patricio’s in El Cajon where I should have gone in the first place.

Not only is Mary a very nice manager and person … she does a great job on my hair. MVP is the way to go to help you relax. All staff were very nice and welcoming. My 3rd visit and this is good. They take notes so no need to ask same questions every visit. great for all … not just men.

I’ve been going to this Sports Clips for a couple of years. It’s the best! Most definitely a guys place for a hair cut. The girls here really know what they are doing. MVP or Triple Play, you can’t go wrong.

First time here, have been looking for a haircut spot for quite a while and finally found it! Tried their complimentary MVP ticket and received great service. No wait at all, Maybo cut really professionally. Just a fun environment and not as pricey as Supercuts.

Was a first time customer and wanted to try their complimentary MVP. Stylist did a good job cutting my hair. The scalp/​shoulder message with their hot towel treatment eased some tension away that I’ve accumulated during the day. They got a season ticket holder promo going where you pay for 6 MVP haircuts at the price of a varsity cut. Overall a good haircut experience with friendly stylists and service. Still i wouldn’t pick this as my main place for a cut since it is a but pricy, but I would definitely stop by again from time to time.
