Established in 1999.
Spa Parts Depot was founded in 1999 by Ron Smith, but his experience in the spa industry goes back over 30 years. He began his career working in the development, manufacture and repair of Caldera Spas, starting out at the bottom and working his way up through the ranks from building spas to supervising others in the process, all the way to a minority ownership in the company.
While manufacturing spas and being an integral part of the success of Caldera Spas was very fulfilling for 20 years, Ron’s entrepeneurial side was ready to shine. He saw a need to give spa owners access to expert information and just as importantly, provide an easy, secure way to order spa supplies, parts and accessories. That need still exists today, and Spa Parts Depot is still here over 10 years later, still delighting customers with great service year after year.
