We have rented jump houses from Always Bouncin’ for the past 3+ years, both for our Thanksgiving celebrations and for birthdays. They are very competitively priced and have a great selection, and their jumpies are new and always clean. When asked, they’ll call in advance of jumpie delivery and pick up. I rented once or twice from other companies prior to Always Bouncin’ and have never gone elsewhere since finding them. You can’t go wrong!

I called on the morning of my daughter’s birthday party in a panic! The person who was suppose to show up decided to cancel the morning of. I talked to Jill on the phone. She said her driver was out but that she could get me a bounce house around 1pm. That was great considering I was calling her at 10:30am and the party started at 1:30. The awesome driver showed up and set up a Hello Kitty bounce house quickly (happened to be the theme). Always Bouncin’ saved my daughter’s 5th birthday and helped out this stressed mama!

I rented a Little Mermaid bouncer from Always Bouncin’ for our daughter’s party this weekend. The entire experience was a great one. Ordering went smoothly, the customer service was wonderful. They called to confirm delivery times the day before and again about 20 minutes before they arrived. The set up was done in minutes and the bouncer was in perfect condition. Everyone who I spoke with there was polite and pleasant. I will recommend this company to any of my friends who are interested.

Thank you John for your patience when my little guy couldn’t make up his mind! At the end of the day– we had a great time & the Justice League jump is FAB!!! I will continue to use your company for all my jump needs… Including our wedding reception! :)

Horrible customer service! As soon as I called, the lady who answered & claimed to be the manager, gave me attitude when I asked «Where am I calling?» Bc she didnt sound clear so I just had to make sure I was calling the right place. As soon as I told her that my party was going to be held at a Chula Vista park and just said «we dont deliver to C. V parks, it says on the website.» & just clicked. (I actually got her number from a friend) I called back bc I was furious & she told me that she doesnt need my business bc they have a lot already anyways. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYBODY.

I have rented from Always Bouncin’ for at least 5 years, for both of my daughter’s birthdays. They always call a few days before to confirm the rental and let you cancel or reschedule if the weather forecast is bad. One year they even let me reserve two weekends in a row, just in case of a rain cancellation! They show up promptly at my house and the guys who set up and take down the bouncer are very efficient.
Their rental prices are full day. We usually have ours from sun up to sun down. We’ve never been disappointed by the service or the cleanliness!

We rented a Disney princess bouncy house for my daughter’s party this spring. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end, and the Always Bouncin’ staff were very responsive to questions. They arrived on time and set everything up well.
I researched many bouncy house rental companies in San Diego, and Always Bouncin’ was also the best price!
Low price & great service, no complaints here!
