This was not the first Indian dealer i visited. Gary was wiling to work with me on getting the best deal I could. I could not decide between the Scout 60 or Scout. Gary had me test drive both to make sure I made the right decision. Settled on the Scout. I was so pleased with the service I got that a week later I purchased the tan saddlebags from Gary. Awesome experience, I think I’ll be an Indian rider for life.

Glenn and Gary hooked me up. I went to another Indian dealer in the north county and after discussing and agreeing on a price with them via email I towed a UTV from Ramona to that dealership of course when I got there the price of the bike went up by $ 600 dollars and the offer for my trade in went down by $ 700. So after wasting a half a tank of gas and four hours of my life and having my credit ran for no good reason I was sitting in my house extremely aggravated. I called up a friend of mine that recommend Indian of El Cajon. I ride to their store walked in explained to Greg what had happened at the other dealer. I showed him the email that they had agreed to at the other dealership and he said he would do the deal. The next day I brought the UTV in the new motorcycle was waiting for me signed the paperwork and took my new Indian Scout home.

I want to thank Gary «Buzz» and the owners for an awesome experience. I changed my mind several times on what i wanted and what i was willing to spend. They patiently catered to my needs and the result was a Indian Scout at a great price with a better than i deserved interest rate. Everyone in the dealership made me feel like i was in my own living room. No pretentions, or heavy selling.

I would give this motorcycle dealership more stars if I could. My husband and I recently purchased a Dark Horse from these great people. We didn’t just walk in, see a bike we liked and say, «I’ll take it.» We checked them out first. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, patient with us. Okay, they passed the first test. Rapport established, we decided to order exactly what we wanted. I mean, exactly. Long distance, since we don’t live anywhere near El Cajon. No problema. They worked with us by phone and email. Kept us apprised of the progress on the bike. When we finally came to meet our beautiful new machine they gave us a reception worthy of royalty. We love the bike, it’s exactly what we wanted, but the story doesn’t end there. They continue to check to see if all of our expectations are still being met, and they most certainly have been.
When there is a choice of different dealerships selling the same product, you look at the other factors involved. It’s the professionalism and the personal touch that make all the difference. Thank you Leo, Glenn, Matt, and the rest of the gang. You made our buying experience unforgettable.

I bought my first bike a 2016 Indian Dark Horse. Leo from the dealership made my wife and I buying experience a great one. They treated us like family and answered all our questions. My bike was delivered this morning by Leo, he took his time and showed me everything we needed to know about the bike, he even show me a few pointers on how to park it at my crazy driveway. I’m glad I came here after having a bad experience at Indian on Kettner, where they completely ignored me and my wife.

I ride from Encinitas to get my Victory serviced here, tires, brakes, upgrades, or any other work done. I make an appointment and usually I wait for the bike and they have me back on the road in less than two hours. There Victory mechanic Matt is the best! Always friendly and really knows Victory. The dealership is the best around!

Mark and all the crew at Indian Motorcycles of El Cajon (IMEC) were fantastic. I started researching Indian Motorcycles about six months before I finally worked up the courage to get my pre-​approved financing and go into the showroom. I had first been drawn by the Indian Chief Darkhorse, but was enticed by the classic lines and vintage feel if the Chief Vintage. I rolled out the same day with my Indian Red and Black Chief Vintage. The crew at IMEC were great at getting me exactly what I wanted and was looking for and they gave me a great value on my 2005 Honda VTX 1300. My new Chief Vintage is a brand new American Classic that turns heads and is a great conversation starter.
And she floats down the highway like a dream, too.

Just picked up my new two tone indian vintage last night and could not be more happy with the deal and the folks that put it together. Life long Harley guy traded my 2011 street glide and they where fair with the deal and explained the breakdown of cost so it was easy to understand, really no hassle. Leo was great to deal with on the bike no pressure at all and Glenn one of the owners wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase and went the extra mile to earn my business. From service to parts, nice people to deal with and friendly, made me feel more like family than just a customer off the street.

I purchased my 2016 Dark Horse from Glenn and Leo. All I can say is that this was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Those guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I showed up on a wet Saturday and chatted with those guys for about 2 hours. I wasn’t even sure that I was going to buy a bike. I went back 3 days later after the rain and put a deposit down just before they closed. The next day Leo delivered it to my house on a trailer and we did all the final paperwork in my kitchen. What a great experience. I went back a couple of days later and got a bunch of gear 15% off. Customer service was exceptional.

Mark Pearce great salesperson! We agreed on an offer after spending 3 hours there and he took the offer to the owner and countered me with the sticker price of the bike and said he had made a mistake with the math. I don’t know what happened. I’m very disappointed. I would recommend Mark but not the dealer.
