As a property manager, we’re only as good as the vendors we hire and Rob and his crew always do quality work. They’ve done 6 properties over the last 2 years for us and there haven’t been any complaints or issues yet!

Rob, owner of Hydro Flow Raingutter Systems, came to our home and explained his process of gutter installation. He measured our eaves and made recommendations as to what style of gutter would look nice on our home. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable. His bid for the job was very competitive with the current market.
Rob’s installation crew came to our home on time and worked hard for three hours. The crew took great care in the installation of our new gutters and down spouts. They cleaned up well.

Rob returned my call within a few hours after leaving a voice message. The other raingutter companies took days to call back and a couple companies didn’t call at all. We just had new gutters installed at our residence. We asked that the system be coordinated with our water collection system as well as with the two colors of our house. They did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail is exceptional. For example, without us asking they painted our diverters so that they matched the colors of the new gutters. Their installers are such a pleasure. I was so pleased with Hydro Flow’s work and professionalism. We called Rob and within a few days he came by and gave us an estimate that beat out any of the competition. We went back and forth several times on which style we wanted and Hydro Flow was so patient with us! Our neighbor drove by and saw the great work they had done for us and ordered the same style and are thrilled as well.

I had Rob install gutters for me on my first house in Vista in 1992. then on my next house in Clairemont in 1998, and now on a couple of rentals in La Jolla a couple weeks ago. I have been happy with the work on all buildings, and his price is very fair for the services offered. I would recommend them highly!

Our HOA had a gutter peeling off the wall. A small job, but Rob was responsive, gave a good estimate, and came out and fix it as he promised. Great service. Our HOA needs new rain gutter some time in the future, and I am definitely hiring Rob again.

We had gutters installed by Hydro Flow ten or so years ago, but wondered if we should upgrade when we have our roof redone. Rob (Hydro Flow’s owner) was so great. He said, «These gutters will last another 10 years. If you want me to replace them, I can, but you don’t really need to.» I showed him a place where a worker had damaged the gutter. He spent time to tell me how to repair it to save another $ 150 dollars.

Good guys — reasonable prices — good service.

I called a few Rain Gutter companies in San Diego the middle of October and was astounded to learn that, although we live in a fairly «dry» climate, they were mostly too busy to estimate under a week or I just got Voice Mails. I was surprised when the owner, Rob, of HydroFlow called back and left a message… and then called again the next day to ensure he spoke directly to me… and Hydroflow was able to come by fairly quickly for a review of the work needed. He set the appointment to our schedule, in the next 2 days. The estimate took into consideration the unique style of the house and he worked hard to match the colors, even transitioning colors in certain areas, and all designed to blend in with our unique paint color. Additionally, he pointed out that placing the downspouts in other areas would open the design up in front, lessen the impact of downspout appearance and steamline our intended landscape design. He gave us several options, from a basic price upward and provided all details for each enhancement, why it cost more. He did not push the higher costing styles as he truly felt that they were not needed in compliment to our home design. Now, that’s being honest!
He scheduled the 3 hour installation to match my work schedule and the crew was prompt in showing up. They were all polite, professional and focused on their job. Thy worked to straighten some of our existing metal fascia and soon the new gutter was up and looked crisp, blending perfectly. The crew left no trace of their job site and we were left with exactly what we wanted at a very, very reasonable price. Fast, courteous and professional… Hydroflow provides a great product.
I will in fairness mention that one other company did set an appointment to coincide with Hydroflow and were fair in their pricing but their 2 week out or more installation availability was not convenient for us and Hydroflow beat the price slightly with the exact same product. I am sincerely glad that we chose Hydroflow and would recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding Service and Top Quality Raingutters
Recently we completed a remodel/​addition to our home in Point Loma. To finish we wanted to install gutters that would blend with the new house. I called three well known and respected businesses in San Diego to get bids. Rob, the owner of Hydro Flow himself, was the first of all three to come out. The other two businesses sent sales reps. All three bids were for the standard colonial style gutters. Hydro Flow offered the lowest bid. After noticing an impressive flat faced gutter system on another house in the neighborhood; my wife and I decided to call all three businesses back to get a bid on the flat faced style. Hydro Flow was the only business to stick with the original bid price for our house. The other two businesses increased their bid price significantly for the flat faced gutters. Rob explained… «We have invested in owning the machine that produces flat faced gutters while the other two businesses have not. Hydro Flow is not interested in gouging customers who desire that less common gutter system. Therefore, the bid price will remain the same.» What’s more, Rob was also willing to do the job first and bill me two months later! Rob’s honesty and commitment to his customers sealed the deal. Ultimately the quality of work is what matters most, and there was absolutely no let down there. Over two days, old gutters were removed and beautiful new gutters were installed.
