Rain Gutters Unlimited

Neil, the owner, and Steve installed gutters and rain barrels (I purchased separately) on my historic home, cottage and barn (1896). They are juggling a lot in this season of El Nino approaching, but took the time to do the job beautifully. They arrived as scheduled, and worked efficiently as a team. These gutters are seamless, and flawless! Neil suggested the color match and it was perfect. I had a light installed which blocked part of the gutter on the cottage and he problem solved with a diverter, and even took the time to paint it to match the roof. I did the research, and their pricing was super competitive. Oh, and did I mention it was a higher than 2 story job on both the house and the barn? Kudos to Neil for all the necessary laddering. I am so happy with the gutter, spout, and barrel install and look forward to seeing them in action once the rain hits.
I see the negative review below — I had no problems with communication with Neil — we texted as needed for appointments and confirmations. I would and will highly recommend the company.

The owner Neil stood me up on my first appointment then called back two days later and told me that he was sorry and told me «there’s no excuse for that.»
I believed him and made another appointment where Neil told me he would either come by on Wednesday or Friday evening. Guess what happened next? A complete no show! Not even a call. This guy and his company are not worth your time. I just wonder what type of job they would have done if I had let them. That’s if they would have ever even showed up to finish it.

We just hired them to install new gutters. Good quality materials. The gutters blend beautifully into the stucco/​eaves so you don’t notice them at first, and when you do, the gutters are aesthetically attractive in and of themselves. The installation people did a great job. They had to take down a solar light we had that was in the way, and even put the light back up for us.
