Yes I got a buy three get one free deal. After having to argue a little. I was very confused to be honest. Staff seemed stand off-​ish and kind of rude at times, but then super helpful too. I don’t really know what to think, but I know I wouldn’t go there if it weren’t for the great deal on new tires. Their customer service was sub par and needs some work. Disappointed in the overall experience, but the tire change happened in a timely manner. I noticed my car done and sitting in the lot for like 5 – 10 minutes while the cashier talked on his cell phone and had a smoke break, kind of frustrating.

The best place ever!!! I arrived 15 minutes before they were about to close on a Sunday, because my tire light came on. I asked the tire specialist if he could please check my tire and he said no problem without any hesitation!!! After about 5 minutes of waiting he stated there was a slow leak and he could fix it in 10 minutes!!! I was soooo very thankful because he offered to fix my tire 5 minutes before they were about to close. I want to Thank Art, for being such a kind, understanding, thoughtful and selfness gentleman. I cant thank you enough Art for taking time to look at my tire. I appreciate you sooo much!!! god bless you!!! you are extraordinary!!!

Came here to get a new tire and their computer shows 6 on hands. My boyfriend drove from work to help pay for it then head back to work and I am sitting here waiting for over 30 mins to find out that there was no tires for my car. I am just mind blown and beyond mad right now.
Update: the very next day the store manager called me and apologize and offer me a deal. Even tho I had to go somewhere for my tires I am welling to come back and try the place again. I didn’t get the chance to go back in and pick up the store manager business card due to work being busy. But this place really do show that they do care about they’re customers.

It’s so hard to find a place with excellent customer service these days, but this place has it down! I went in today, very last minute and with no appointment, after driving and realizing that the heat shield had gone loose on my car, and was dragging. Not only did I not have to wait one minute to be attended to, but I was also given an exact time frame as to when to return since they were busy (mid day Saturday). So many times, I’ve gone to auto repair places and have been told «we can get right to it», only to be left waiting for an hour or more.
When I came back at the time they had told me to, they got to my vehicle right away, fixed it up, and I was out of there within a half an hour.
Thank you Carl! For your outstanding customer service, honesty in the time expected, and then taking care of my vehicle needs promptly and correctly! You guys are awesome and I will be back here!

The new manager Jason is on point. His customer service is top tier to say the least. My car was taken care of in 1 hour. I felt as though I was getting a fair price for the work performed. This was the 2nd time I went to American Tire Depot, I needed a tire and was looking for a nice substitute for one of the premium tires I had on my Focus ST because I didnt need to replace them all. I bought a winrun tire and it was inexpensive, reliable and looks good on my car. I have considered just going with a set of those for the next time I need new tires. Service wast fast and friendly!

No joke I felt so just comforted by Mark. Like I felt like he was my dad in a way haha! He did so many things for me that he didn’t even need to and he worried about my safety pointing out my VERY bad tires and he helped me get approved for credit! Dude this guy is seriously someone I would recommend no joke, I even took a business card and I never do! ALSO he gave me a list of different numbers for different locations throughout California that will help you out in case you break down or need help!

Just wanted to update– we needed an oil change on my husbands truck, along with replacing some spark plugs that were causing a misfire… We brought it back here because even though they are a «tire store» they did my oil change on my SUV and their customer service is out of this world. I was looking for a recommendation on where to take the truck for the spark plugs from Jim who we met on our last visit, (but found out that unfortunately Jim was no longer here, but he is still working with the chain!) but another guy, Mark was the new manager. Like Jim, Mark and his customer service was phenomenal. Turns out, they were able to change our spark plugs too! I will be using this chain for any automotive need I have that they can address. They are friendly, honest, and go above and beyond. Thank you Mark!!!

Hands down the best auto related service experience of my life! Two bald front tires brought me into the shop which I found through the recommendation of a friend. Jim greeted me warmly and professionally, and provided prompt service will full explanations throughout. He didn’t try to talk me into any additional services, in fact, he reassured me that the other two tires were absolutely fine and wouldn’t need to be replaced. He also looked at my brakes and relieved my concern that they needed to be replaced. Extra care was provided to my car, and moreover, to me as a customer, and there were no hidden fees. I left American Tire Depot spending only what was quoted to me. I’m a very happy customer. I’d recommend this place to anybody. It’s wonderful to find someone I know I can trust for auto service.
