Friendly Moving Service

They slow rolled me on the moving process, no way a 1 bedroom apartment should take 5 hours. Had a couch, microwave, mattress, and a few other things that they were to drop at Goodwill and/​or the dump. Goodwill wouldn’t take the items (so they say) and the dump was closed so they decided to bring it all back and left it on my back porch without notifying me that they would do so. I was out of town and I had my HOA all over me for the crap on my back porch. Completely unprofessional. Called the guy and got a BS explanation. Horrible service and I will not refer or ever use again.

The movers did a great job, they were on time, efficient, and careful with our belongings. We give them 4 out of 5 stars because they were unable to fit some our furniture (TV, etc.) in their truck, and we had to move some ourselves.

We had Daniel and his friend, I don’t recall his name. (sorry!) They arrived on time, and were very professional and both of them were respectful, and nice! They asked what we were taking and what to leave. (we were leaving some stuff behind as we were just donating it anyways and lived a few minutes from value village.) they were quick, it took just over 3 hours for a 2 bed 2 bath! We have some heavier items and they moved them with absolutely no problems, down 2 flights of stairs! At our new house, they put stuff down to protect the carpeting and put everything exactly where I wanted it! They are also reasonably priced and won’t break your bank account simply to move. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving!

Oh and they were honest about «damaging» our bed frame thing, and when I went to look I didn’t even see any damages! They did take off some for it, which I was impressed with. Many movers don’t do that and cause a lot of hassle when you find damages. Our bed still works, and we don’t even see the damages so they easily could’ve lied about it but they were honest!
