Sun Glass Flushing Avenue

I’ve used this place for replacing broken windows and screens for. many years. I predate them in the neighb. I just put in an order to have an entire apt’s windows replaced. It’s been cancelled 3x. There is no oversight at all. The owner is extremely arrogant and you usually have to deal with the same from the other employees. I speak both Chinese (owners) amd Spanish, so it’s not a language barrier .
I’m a small landlord 2 blocks away and at this point I’m being held hostage by their lack of concern or organization. They’ve also just relocated across the street and there was no notification of this nor is there a visible sign for the new entrance or any direction on the old storefront .
My advice would be to use at your own risk.
