I came to an event here last Saturday. The space itself was a bit difficult to find especially since you had to enter through a parking lot and then go up the stairs through the loading dock to enter. Even the DJ’s who were scheduled to play the event had a hard time finding it. It was also very dark and treacherous near the stairs so the event host placed a bunch of glow sticks on the path to light the way. I guess it all added to the super underground vibe. The space itself served it’s purpose and was appropriately sized for the crowd we had. There was a makeshift coat check area off the the side and they even added two additional bathrooms in the back to accommodate the guests. The speakers and other equipment were brought in by the promoter but the acoustic’s weren’t too bad. The temperature never really got overbearingly warm inside which is good considering there were a lot of people there. There’s plenty of free street parking as there isn’t much in the area. The space itself is pretty raw and bare but you really can’t expect much from a warehouse. It does have potential to host a good party assuming the host brings in great lighting and sound; which in this case he did.

Awesome flexible space with great natural light. I was a guest at a reception hosted here, so I can’t speak to the booking process or what they’re like to work with. Either way, Section A impressed with it’s rough around the edges but still«picture perfect» vibe.
