Business Owner

Nancy Burner, Esq., CELA is the founder of Nancy Burner & Associates, P.C. with 1 office in Manhattan and 2 offices on Long Island. The firm concentrates its practice on elder law, estate planning, guardianships, and special needs planning.

Nancy earned her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Nancy was recently re-​appointed by the New York State Court of Appeals to serve her 5^th term as one of only seven Trustees of the New York Lawyers Fund for Client Protection. She also sits on the Legal Advisory Board of the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center of Long Island.

She has been nominated to the New York Super Lawyers list since 2007.
