Although I think they do a good job with the hair but customer service need to be revaluated. They quoted me a price for my kids hair then they change it after when I was ready to pay.
Not to mention they pulled those kids hair so hard that even adults would have cried. They need to have someone special who understand nappy hair, specially with children. You don’t use fine comb on nappy hair to detangle it and you need to hold the base and detangle from the end.
I understand that they might be use to permed hair and dominicain hair but if you offer your service to everyone you have to learn their specific need and way to do it.

I actually called first to see the prices and to see whether or not it was busy. I spoke with Carlos, who is the owner along wig his wife Josi. Both of the were very warm and friendly over the phone. Carlos went over the price list for wash and set. I have 3b/​3c hair so I figured that it would cost a lot (most places charge extra money for natural hair). But it wasn’t! Same price if you have a perm!
Today I went for the first time! So I got there and I’ll have to agree with other reviews. It’s difficult to find parking. I was lucky. Found spot a few feet away.
When I arrived, Josi and Carlos greeted me. Super duper nice. I told him what I wanted. He told me price. I carried my products along although they use a lot of natural hair products (Cantu, cram of nature etc).
I went to get washed. Carlos checked on me while getting washed; he said thank you for coming and welcome to our big happy family. Too cute and sweet. Plus, The wash was great. She took her time detangling my hair; did conditioner under the dryer. I got my roller set and was seated in a huge dryer room. It had like 16 – 20 large dryers! Very spacious. Which is great!
I was under the dryer for an hour, but Carlos came and checked up on me twice. Which was nice. I got my hair blown straight and that lady was super sweet too.
Overall, I had a great experience. This is officially my spot for wash and sets!
Oh by the way, I paid $ 24!!! And I had a lot of hair. Great spot.
You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely love this place especially Jackie only problem is parking. Best doobie Shop by far!

Very Clean… employees were nice especially Carlos who adds everything to the business.
