I really like there breakfast! It’s probably the best in town. The breakfast bagels are the best!!! It’s a cozy little café and always full on weekends for service. I have not had one bad experience with the food. I do have one complaint and that’s, that one of the waitresses is rude and it seems that getting a refill on your coffee is asking to much.

All I have to say is WOW! I have to say I’m a breakfast person. I could eat it anytime of day so when we were visiting Helena recently we saw the great reviews and decided to head on over to Main Street Eats.
We were not disappointed. I had the cinnamon roll French toast and my wife had an omelet. 5 stars to both. It was so good I brought my brother and his wife back two days latter as we were heading out of town.
Love the place.

Great breakfast fare. Cinnamon French toast is excellent and the migas is flavorful. Very attentive server. Great local spot.

This is the third time I have been here and the meals all have been GREAT!
The only downside is that they don’t serve dinner.

I had the Grilled Cheese with grilled onions and bacon on sourdough. I ate every last bite! It was so good!

Redneck Benedict — what can I say? That is one original and super tasty dishes I’ve ever had for breakfast! Diner food fabulous with a Montana twist! Yummy!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been fortunate enough to wake up early enough to come here twice and both times the food has been great! My first time I came for breakfast, I was with my boyfriend. He ordered an AMAZING looking omelette– like, it was literally oooooooozing cheese, and smelled like heaven. I, of course, am making a (very sad & poor) attempt to eat healthier, so I opted for the oatmeal and avocado toast. Okay, the oatmeal was definitely weird– I wouldn’t reccomend that. It wasn’t the texture or anything, just the flavor. Apparently it’s made from scratch and the cook outs cinnamon in it? Anyway– it wasn’t my cup of tea– but the avocado toast was delish! This time around, I came in for lunch, and got the buffalo chicken wrap– OMG, amazing! It had a great kick to it that most places try and tone down. Also– I paid a $ 1 extra for potato salad. Normally I don’t like red skin potato salad, but this was very very good. Sorry for the lack of pictures! I was STARVING!

Based on others’ reviews, we went out to East Helena and tried this place for breakfast. All I can say is — amazing! My son had the biscuits and gravy, which were so delicious. My husband had the kitchen sink omelette and I had the cinnamon roll french toast.
I purposely ordered the french toast without the whipped cream and strawberries so I could actually taste the french toast. It was heavenly. Very egg-​y and not too sweet. My bacon was cooked to perfection, as were my eggs.
My hubby gave me a bit of his potatoes and all I can say is YUM! His omelette was huge and full of everything. The cheese oozed out of all sides. And, since they finish it off in the pizza oven, it was very fluffy.
I won’t say much about the biscuits and gravy — others have already commented what I would.
This is a wonderful, small café. Please patronize this place so it sticks around. I can’t wait to go back to try something else because everything we had was so good. And, it ‘s cheap for the amount of food you get. We will definitely be back!

The best comfort food in Helena and East Helena! So good and cheap and the specials are fantastic every time. The best clam chowder on Friday.

Cinnamon roll french toast; ’nuff said.
Service was quick, friendly and efficient but not overbearing. Coffee was never empty, nor the water glass which most servers tend to forget about. You don’t find this quality in many restaurants In the Helena area.

Perhaps the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had in Montana, with flavorful, savory, meat filled gravy, not the usual pasty white glop.
The eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked with nary a trace of coconut oil.
Fast, friendly, competent service, and a big meal for two was only $ 13.

We «rediscovered «this restaurant where Mikey’s Pizza used to be. What a wonderful surprise. The lady owner was our waitress and quite helpful in answering menu questions. 18 main breakfast items and 16 lunch items, with many extras available. Our meals were delivered quickly and very hot. This might be the next best thing in Helena-​area breakfasts and lunches. The prices are the best in Montana! Seriously, 2 eggs, potatoes and toast for $ 2.99! What a pleasant surprise: great food and old fashioned prices.

In my opinion, a restaurant rarely deserves five stars — but this little gem is certainly one of them. We stopped in as a party of four for breakfast on a cold snowy morning, and left very satisfied with food and value. The only waitress admitted to also being an owner, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Portions were large, and food was flavorful and fresh. Prices are low for the size of the portions (e.g., around $ 6 for full biscuits/​gravy/​eggs/​bacon). Turnaround time for the order was very fast (of course we were the only patrons present initially).
One of our party had the French Toast — and it was amazing. Custard-​soaked and made with a cinnamon-​swirl bread. Biscuits & gravy came smothered with freshly-​made sausage gravy that was exceptionally flavorful and full of sage and herbs — perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had, and what prompted the five star review.
The restaurant also has a large board with sandwich options behind the counter — lots of good choices.
We’ll be back!

Excellent food. Large portions at a great price. The service was excellent and the owners Annie and Dave were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was clean and pleasant. Tables were not too close together and there is a fenced in patio area.
