One star because Gene’s worker did come out on July 4th, when my A/C stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. It took three days to install a new thermostat, but he stated he just charged my for the tstat, not labor because of how long it took. Nice, right? You get what you pay for. Come fall the furnace would not turn on. Emailed and called Gene from Sept 19 to 23, he took my info once, then no further response. I had to pay my oil company to fix the problem – t-stat was set up wrong. Gene finally emailed me back on October 16th and asked«if I still needed their help», saying he «didn’t understand how that could be the problem».
