My 14 year old son has a huge appetite and is obsessed with the giant burritos so we go to Chipotle frequently. One employee ALWAYS stands out, Meygan Nitti! Friendly, fast and provides outstanding customer service! Chipotle should clone her and have a Meygan in every location. She is awesome!!!

I like Chipotle because you can see your food as it is being built and you can see quality ingredients are being used. Service is quick because they have 3 or 4 people working the line at all times. I don’t really love the seating though because the seating area has a very industrial feel, a little sparse for my taste.

I have never been to a Chipotle that was not crowded with customers or staffed by teenagers who don’t regularly clean the filthy floors and tables – and this location is no exception! As another reviewer has noted, the parking situation is a bit precarious, considering all the blind spots and tight angles required to enter and exit the parking lot. The imminent advent of the neighboring Halal Guys store will probably not make parking much safer or easier either, but that’s a story for another Unilocal review. In response to other reviews, the portion sizes for my chicken burrito at my last visit were not particularly stingier compared to that of other burritos I’ve ordered at other locations, but I did go at a time when there were no other customers in line. One other thing I’ve noticed about the ordering system here(or at any Chipotle or any fast-food assembly line like Subway) is that even if you provide all the details for your order up front, the workers will still go through their laundry list of questions like little food service robots who have no short-term memory. «Chicken burrito with brown rice and black beans, please.» «Brown or white rice?» «Brown.» «Black or pinto beans?» «Black.» «Chicken, steak, or barbac…» You get the picture. It’s probably more efficient that way for them and for the customer, but if I wanted to order food from a machine, I’d go to a Wawa or Quickchek and order via kiosk.

Pretty much food tastes like an amazing restaurant to me it’s better than Taco Bell and on the border and Baja Fresh and all the Mexican places i have been to it is so tasty and I love it. The one thing they need is a bigger store because so many people love it! Since cups closed down maybe they can expand into there but I doubt it. There is only this one employee who I do not like he is white and has blonde hair and has a femine voice he’s very rude and snappy they should fire him.

They short you on food constantly. Line is very long(no different from other chipotles). Guac is always great I’ll give them that. Employees for the most part are friendly. A lot of seating to eat.

Got lunch here. Ordered two burrito bowls. They were super fast and delicious. Great place to go to if you want good tasty food and don’t have much time to wait on line. Definitely my go to place around here for fast healthy Mexican food.

I used to like coming here, but now they skimp on everything. They will take a scoopful of whatever you ask for, put it in the bowl, then scoop ¼−½ of that scoop back out. As a hungry customer, it is annoying to see how much you could have gotten, but then they take it back. One time the barely scooped any chicken on my bowl so I asked for a little more, and they scooped 2 tiny little cubes of chicken in. Gee, thanks a lot. If I wanted to go on a diet, I would do so. I don’t need chipotle to portion size for me. And $ 2 extra for gauc? C’mon! These guys are just nickel and diming the customers now! I used to like you chipotle of East Brunswick. Now you stink!

Do not order here for pickup: On Saturday we ordered 4 meals for pickup. We were told it would be ready in 35 minutes. When my son got to the restaurant the food was not ready. Not only that when he brought it home most of the food was COLD. What a disappointment.

Pretty good place. the team that operates this place is fantastic. they really love serving although some could be not lethargic. The food is good the only thing i do complain about are the prices. for one burrito, the food should be a little mixed more. thats it.

With a house full of people and a graduation party for a daughter who is obsessed with Chipotle, it seemed vital that we tap into their catering resources to feed the masses. Did you know they had a catering function? I didn’t, but they do one heck of a job. We ordered a two-meat spread, and it comes with buckets of everything. Each item is fresh, and even those at the party who never tried Chipotle and had no real interest in doing went back for seconds and thirds. But what really stood out here was the performance of the team at this branch. I had two staff members eagerly helping out, and they even helped me carry the bags of food and supplies out to my car despite it being 90 degrees and my car being somewhat far away thanks to the popularity of parking at this location. I even offered them a tip, but they refused. It’s a corporate policy but, despite my pushing, they stuck to the corporate policy. All in all, I have to say they’re far better trained at customer service than I would expect at a fast food chain. So Chipotle gained a large measure of respect in my book, and made a special day even easier.

Good location that always has a fast moving line. I once was in and was out in like 4 minutes.

It absolutely drives me crazy when the workers ask what you want but aren’t really listening. There are several workers lined up, and you would think that that my answering a question would guarantee at least 1 of the 2 people who are stationed at each section would hear my response. Typical conversations go like this: What can I get for you? A bowl. What kind of rice? Brown. What kind of rice? Brown. What kind of beans? Black. My beans are then relayed to the next person in the assembly line, and I’m re asked. What kind of beans? Black. This proceeds for the duration of the ordering process. Everytime. It’s quite painful. I wish, for my sanity, and their breath, the workers listened the first time. They would save so many breaths if they stopped asking questions if they aren’t ready to receive the answers to them. Food-wise, I love Chipotle. I’m just annoyed by the ordering process every time I’m there.

It’s your average chipotle but so far, every time I have been in there, I have been met with the friendliest customer service. Always smiling. I did get my order put in as a slightly more expensive item and didn’t realize until after Id paid, but it was only a buck extra. Great place to get a burrito bowl.

I use to love coming to Chipotle but oh my goodness they got expensive! I remember when it use to cost $ 7 for a burrito with guacamole. Now it is nearly $ 11! The food is great but they sure do give you a lot less of an amount than they originally did which is such a disappointment because of the price you are paying. Usually they are very quick when you are waiting in a long line of people so that is a plus.

Food is good service is too, but they are very cheap on their protein portions especially on online orders! I ordered online twice and had just about 8 pieces! The one in freehold gives much more!

Yesterday and last week have proved to me that the integrity and quality of Chipotle has gone downhill. I have held this company to high standards for the past few years, but I guess lately my expectations are too high for them. They have hired new children to work for them without giving them proper training on portion control nor etiquette. I’m very disappointed in this location. The employees don’t seem to care about doing their job right or being respectful to their customers. Expect a response of a sigh and an eyeroll if you have special requests with your order. And if you like lots of rice and cheese with sparse amounts of meat in your burrito/bowl, then this place is for you. Again; PORTIONCONTROL. Jeez. I can’t deal with the incompetence of this place. I would be so ashamed to lead such a group of kids.

Chipotle like any other, food is always good. This location is very small, sometimes it’s hard to find a table, best for take out.

It’s chipotle! Aka burrito heaven! This location is in a busy mall on Rt. 18, lines can be long at lunch but they move quickly. You can order online to save time, but beware, often they don’t begin to make your order until you arrive, at which point things become rushed and chaotic(like giving my coworkers chicken salad bowls without any chicken!). The food is excellent and on par with other Chipotle locations, but this particular location drops a star or so because of the repeated online order issues. Seriously, guys, if people have an hour for lunch and they’re driving 15 – 20 minutes each way to get there — if you promise to have an order ready in 45 minutes, please do so, and accurately. Everybody makes the occasional error, but if it happens almost every time …

Go here all the time because of how convenient and close it is. First thing that many people will mention to you, there is ALWAYS a line at Chipotle and at given time during the day; 2 pm, 4 pm, 8 pm, 10 pm. I don’t think I’ve ever in my life seen an un-crowded Chipotle. Really hard to find seats. HOWEVER, the workers work super fast without making you feel too rushed and anxious. I’d say 4.5÷5 for customer service. A variety of choices for protein; grilled chicken, grilled steak, barbacoa(shredded beef), carnitas(shredded pork), and the newest vegetarian option, sobritas(shredded tofu). All of them I’ve heard are amazing but I’ve only ever had the chicken, steak and sobritas. All incredible but steak is definitely my personal favorite. EXTREMELY tender and seasoned. I crave this stuff all the time, even considered solely getting a bowl full of steak multiple times(never went through with it). Undoubtedly really high in sodium though which is one of the unhealthy aspects of Chipotle. Their tofu is ridiculously awesome. I always liked tofu but Chipotle’s tofu definitely got me to like tofu more. The seasoning is perfection but I wish it came in bigger chunks. It’s a little crispy on edges but still soft and not watery. The meal is based off your choice of protein, all of them are either $ 6.55 or $ 7.01 without tax. Choices of brown rice or white rice; both have cilantro in it(which is unfortunate for my friend who hates cilantro). I always get brown rice but both are good. Sometimes a little too hard though. My new staple is a burrito bowl with brown rice, half steak, half sobritas, fajita veggies, corn pico, and mild salsa(tomatoes and cilantro). And something some of my friends find kind of strange but I always love to microwave it so it’s nice and warm and the flavors blend easier, try it! Recently I’ve steering clear of burritos because of high calories(around 300) for just the tortilla. But the tortillas are pretty dang good. Chewy and as flavorful as tortillas get. Not as dry as the common tortilla which is something I appreciate. The corn pico is to die for. Nice sweet and crunchy addition to the meal. The mild salsa is pretty average. Clean and fresh taste, nothing weird going on. I’ve also tried the hot salsa which is tasty too but a little watery. Chipotle can be as healthy and unhealthy as you make it. As I mentioned before, all the foods are pretty high in sodium so it’s difficult to escape the cholesterol. If you’re on a diet, avoid the tortilla, sour cream, and cheese. Biggest calorie and fat monsters. They always add too much sour cream for my liking too but apparently it masks the cilantro taste in the rice my friend hates. Definitely love Chipotle the more I go to it. It’s tricky because you have to know what combinations you’ll like. It can be mediocre to excellent depending on what combo you pick. Only downside is how crowded it always is.

Chains, cha chains, chains, chains!!! Sometimes when you’re on the highway and you need something super quick and super easy, you just gotta roll. I order the salad option no rice, chicken, veggies, a lil’ cheese, hot and mild salsa with the dressing every time. Every time it tastes the exact same, pretty effing good in the best of generic ways that Chipotle can. This one wasn’t bad, albeit small for the crowds it gets during dinner time.
