I enjoy my experience at Renu Medispa. Hilary and Staff make me feel welcome right when I walk in. They always have a fresh bouquet of flowers right there on the front desk. In the back waiting room, it is clean and chic. They serve fresh cold water and hot tea. The whole ambiance really sets the mood for the spa experience. I have been going to Ciarah for 3+ years now, and my skins has really turned itself around. Genetically, I have terrible skin that is acne prone and sun damaged. Every time I go, Ciarah is always great to give me advice on how to treat my irritations and also has suggestions on what to use. I enjoy their laser hair removal, it works amazing, and the signature facials. I will be a forever client.

They were running late, which had me concerned that they might have forgotten about me. Later, the esthetician apologized for running behind schedule, as she had to spend extra time with one of her clients who had held her up with a bunch of questions. I didn’t mind though as long as they hadn’t forgotten me. She was very professional, thorough and gentle. Then when I went to pay, the cashier gave me $ 25 off for waiting longer than usual. A very awesome and appreciated surprise; definitely made up for being late. Will most definitely be back for more

I had a Venus Freeze procedure done last summer. I am sorry to report that I have had continual issues with my skin since then that have required me to seek the services of a dermatologist. I have light scarring, huge blackheads and thick white dots on my cheeks. My experience was not a good one.

I paid a pretty penny for laser hair removal for my underarms and bikini area. After my full round of treatments, I was still seeing hair growth. I called and was told that the esthetician who had performed my treatments had done them incorrectly, so they had me come back in for another full round. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time or money on this place, and had gone to another spa that offered a guarantee. I’m still shaving every other day. It’s as if I didn’t have anything done at all.
Highly disappointed and out $ 900+. I could have paid for a lot of waxing with that much…

Renu and Tawny, the owner, changed my life when I was I’m high school by genuinely caring about my skin and using innovative and quality products and procedures on my skin. The results were amazing; no more scarring or need to wear makeup. Tawny is the most kind and genuine person I’ve ever done business with and I do think the other reviewer on here accidentally mistook who she was reviewing. I recommend Tawny and her employees to anyone that compliments me on my skin and tell them how one kind lady gave me self confidence and truly cares.

I had a terrible experience at this spa. They will be nice when trying to get your money but will not stand behind their services and will not deal with you in an ethical manner should any problems arise — even if it means outright lying.

I cannot give enough accolades to Brittany for the amazing eyebrow wax. She uses a hard wax and gave been absolutely PERFECT shape. I have been to everyone that has every been recommended in Boise (specifically on Unilocal) and have never been really happy.
Only downside: now I have to drive all the way to Eagle!
