Island Glow Spray Tanning

I wish I could rate the actual tan but I have used the contact on their website twice to try to book an airbrush tan with no reply and I’ve tried calling the number multiple times and as soon as I finish dialing some song just starts playing. No voicemail, no answe. So I guess one star for customer service.

Still 5 stars! I’ve gotten multiple spray tans and I’ve been super happy with them all. My tan lasts for longer than a week with moisturizing, and almost a week if I totally forget to moisturize! Jodi makes me feel comfortable every time. Thanks Jodi!!!

Jodi, was awesome, made my daughter and I feel comfortable for our pre wedding tans. I would use Jodi again for her professionalism and comfort of her facility. I had my first tan ever and she made it easy for me to relax and enjoy the process. My daughter and I have different skin tones and she matched our color to enhance the sun glow look.

This is the first review I have ever given. I normally hate these things! The day before a trip to Cancun, I splurged on a professional spray tan. I had had Mystic tans done before but couldn’t trust a potentially spotty machine before a once in a life time Caribbean vacation. Despite my initial shock of pulling up to a house (the location is behind the home) Jodi was on time and professional, never uncomfortable, and gave direct and specific instructions that really helped my tan look great! I was in sea water and chlorine pools, so unfortunately my tan didn’t last as long as it could have, but that was no fault of Jodi. It did give me the confidence to wear a swim suit in public for the first time in ten years. The fade was gradual and never looked spotted-​something I experienced in the past. Lotion is key! Thank you Jodi!

Heard such good reviews we decided to go here for my daughters prom. Super disappointed! The lady was nice and informative but she left huge white patches on my daugters legs and other places where no spray solution was even placed. We followed the directions given to us to the letter which recommended hand washing after 4 – 5 hours, my daughters hands were pure white and her wrists were dark, uneven and blotchy. There were other very uneven and blotchy places, and some she didn’t even spray!
This made for a stressful time getting ready for prom rather than the fun and easy time we had hoped for…
I would not recommend this to anyone…

Jody is very good at what she does. Very professional. Explains everything and does crazy awesome with the color for your skin tone. I feel like I spent all summer in Missouri getting a nice deep dark tan. Thank you Jody! Totally excited for summer now. :) :) :)

Called up Jodi & set an appt. Her location is easy to get to off Floating Feather in Eagle. About a 10−15min drive from the N. End. Jodi has her studio adjacent to her home.
She greeted me at the door and welcomed me in. Her studio is inviting and comfortable.
We went over the basics of spray tanning & Jodi was happy to answer all my questions that I had. No question seemed trivial & she is happy to help.
She gave me her recommendations on what she thought would look best on me & I trusted her judgement.
She made me feel comfortable through the whole process. My tan looks amazing & fresh!

I’ve never been a big fan of spray tans, but I couldn’t be happier with the tan I got from Island Glow! Some tans I’ve had leave a really orange color, the tan fades unevenly, and the product even comes off on your clothes a bit sometimes. None of this was the case at Island Glow! She was able to provide me with a custom color tan that matched my natural complexion very well but still gave me an amazing glow. It looked very natural and pretty!

I got a spray tan here for my trip to Vegas, and I got so many compliments on it! Everyone thought it looked so natural! Following their tan care instructions my tan lasted longer than a normal spray tan, and it faded evenly. Not only was the tan fantastic, the service was great! Calls got returned the same day, and they worked with me About appointment times. I would highly recommend going here for a spray tan!

I was referred here by my hair stylist and I have to say I highly recommend it! It was clean professional and she was very friendly. The spray was great, color was awesome and I’ll definitely go back. Hands down best spray I’ve had since moving to Idaho.

I had visited my Dermatoligist a couple of weeks prior and found I had a pre-​cancerous spot on my hand and had it frozen off. I have always been a sun worshiper but decided at 56, I had better start taking better care of my skin so I don’t get cancer. I found Island Glow on the internet and read the Unilocal reviews. I decided to make an appointment and give my first spray tanning session a try. (My husband and I are leaving for Hawaii and usually «tan» before we go. I even talked him into getting a spray tan.). As others have mentioned, Jodi sent a confirmation email with pre-​spray instructions. She even sent a confirming Text on the day of our appointment. We arrived ready to try out a new experience.
Jody greeted us at the door and went over all we needed to know, answered any questions and talked about what color we were going for. The entire process was awesome and I felt like I had known Jodi forever and felt very comfortable throughout the spraying. As she was spraying/​drying me, she was explaining what and why she did what she did. As we got ready to leave, she told us not to freak out at how dark we will look as the evening goes on or when you wake up in the morning. I have to say, I was a bit concerned when I got up this morning and looked in the mirror but after I took my shower, it looks amazing! We are going to follow all her recommendations as far as showering, moisturizing, and patting dry after showers.
I will say if you have an event you are planning to attend, if you can, tan a couple of days ahead so you can shower and moisturize.
I recommend Island Glow Tanning highly. Do it, save your skin! Thanks Jodi, I/​we will be back!

I was in town for a wedding and used Unilocal to find a spray tan. I called one other location that never returned my call. Jodi called right back and confirmed that she had availability. Great!
She sent me an email about three days ahead with detailed instructions on prep for the tan. She works out of her home and not a retail location, so just be aware of that. Didn’t bother me since my husband was with me. It is actually a great setup she has going. She has a totally separate studio downstairs with a permanent room for spray tanning. I felt very comfortable.
She did a great job, my spray tan is even and just the right color. Thanks jodi!

I was so pleasantly surprised that I found someone within 5 minutes of my home and someone who is amazing at their job. I never knew what a «professional» job was as I had only gone to a salon and was quickly sprayed down. I will be going to Jodi from now on!

I love my tan! I have never had a spray tan look better! The tan was so even, tropical, and natural looking. Jodi the lady who sprayed came to my home which was so convenient and was so nice, thorough, and professional. I Forgot to mention the pricing was awesome so i tipped generously because i have never had a better spray tan experience! I would highly recommend anyone to liquid sunshine in Idaho. I loved my experience and will be back for more soon.

I highly recommend Liquid Sunshine Idaho. Jodi made me feel so comfortable & explained the entire tanning process to me before we started the spray tan. She came to my home, was on time, & was in & out in under 20 minutes. The color of my tan is not orange at all~ & I LOVE the bronze color. My tan lasted for almost 10 days & I will definitely be calling Jodi again.

Have tried other «air brush» tanning as well as «spray tans» from the salon (way too smelly and cold) and found that Liquid Sunshine is the best! In-​home service — no fuss, no muss! Product is organic and does not have an offensive odor! Color was even and golden! Jodi was professional and personable. Will be doing this again for in between touch ups and for going on vacation! It feels so good to have a glowing tan!!! Especially in the dead of winter when it’s cold and grey outside! I would highly recommend!
