Staybridge Suites Eagan Arpt South – Mall Area

Great stay! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. They also offer shuttles to mall of America and other close by restaurants which was very helpful. Hot breakfast every morning as well! Would come back again!

Pleased with staff and room. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite — 2 twin beds in one room and 1 queen bed in another with 2 bathrooms. wasn’t expecting upgrade but got it because go membership.
Room was clean, roomy and open. Perfect for family of five. Had minor issue with tub draining and it was resolved when we got back from Mall of America.
Indoor pool is big and water was warm. Ready for jump in. Hot tub is also big.
Free breakfast. Dining area a bit small especially food court so wake up early for breakfast. Staff members are great and accommodating. Need more garbage cans to eliminate overflow.
Overall I gave 5 stars. we usually stay in Holiday Inn Express but will consider Staybridge from now on. I know they are both from same hotel company.

I recently had to make a trip to St. Paul and stayed at this hotel. Everything was great. The manager was really helpful, the rooms are great with the kitchen and living room. I had my 3 pound chihuahua with me and there was no fuss at all about her. If you go, ask them for this amazing coupon book for the mall of the America’s

Good deal on the «Park & Fly». However, our room had a busted TV that didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. There was only one girl «On Duty» at the front desk, who was sweet but clueless. Apparently the management keeps bankers’ hours. Also, NO hot water in the morning. Why can’t they sort out these problems before renting a room to guests?

The staff was helpful and friendly! They were very accommodating to our very large group visiting and helping us with ice or plates or whatever we needed. The towels were large and fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was warm in the middle of January!
My only complaint was that the gym had 1×15lb weight and 1×25lb weight… not super useful when you need 2x to workout… but the treadmill was in great shape.
Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, honest, and patient. It’s close to a couple of major highways (35E and 77). It’s also really close to my favorite ice cream parlor (ring mountain). The only complaint I have about the hotel is how much their pet fee is, but it’s the standard price that all the Staybridges charge.
