History

Established in 2001.

My wife and I started Durango Custom Works in 2001 after relocating to Durango from the midwest. We have always specialized in provided high-​quality interior finishes for homes and businesses. The business has steadily grown over the last ten years. Mariah has branched out and started her own company, Mariah Kaminsky Fine Art, which provides highly artistic work ranging from decorative (faux) painting, murals, Venetian plaster, and fine art including commissioned portaits and paintings. While maintaining our commitment to providing the highest quality interior finishes, Durango Custom Works has also fully branched out into the residential home-​building market and also complete large-​scale remodels, kitchens, baths, decks and more. Manager

Jason Kaminsky has been the owner and manager of Durango Custom Works since 2001. Prior to his involvement in Durango construction, he worked in residential and theatrical construction in Indiana, Maine, Arizona and Michigan. His varied background in theatrical design as well as residential and commercial construction allow him to bring a unique skill set to your new home, remodeling, or commercial construction project. During his ten years in Durango, Jason has been involved with the construction of literally hundreds of new homes, remodels, kitchen & bathroom projects.
