Established in 2002.

We have been building beautiful custom homes in the Durango area since 2002. In 2005, we also became the local independent distributor for Lindal Cedar Homes. Business Owner

My name is Paul Parziale. In January 2002, after moving from Massachusetts, where I was Chief Engineer of a power plant, to Durango Colorado, I began building houses with a reputable local builder. In 2004, I started my own construction company, Brown Dog Construction. In April of 2005 I became the Lindal Cedar Homes dealer for Durango and the Four Corners Area and began building these beautiful Lindal homes for many happy customers.

My experience with Lindal Cedar Homes has been a positive one. I appreciate the quality of their product and the lifetime structural warranty they stand behind. I have built Lindal homes from 900 square feet to 4,000 square feet. My customers are happy to talk about their Lindal home and their experience throughout the design and building process. I am a Certified Professional Green Builder through the National Association of Home Builders and enjoy the challenge of building a home that not only is beautiful but also is environmentally friendly.
