Description

Specialties

A contemporary Southwestern bistro, specializing in creative small and large plates, artisan pizzas, Southwestern, Mexican, and American cuisine, specialty cocktails, local tap beers and fine wines. All food is freshly prepared from scratch and prepared in two stone hearth ovens in an open kitchen. Located in the heart of downtown Durango on historic Main Avenue, in the renovated Century Building built in 1890. Durango’s largest bar with over 20 seats.

History

Established in 2012.

Complete restoration of the historic Century Building which was constructed in the 1890s. We’ve restored the original steel beams, brick walls, maple hardwood floors and decorative tin ceiling with modern accents to provide an urban, industrial loft ambiance.
