Pippin, a Realtor®, uses his cutting-edge knowledge of the digital world, construction knowledge and business experience to broker real estate deals for buyers and sellers. Pippin has a comfortable and relaxed nature that helps him guide clients through what may be the most important decision of their lives. Pippin places the needs of the client at the forefront of any transaction. He places his focus on his clients’ needs and goals by maintaining ongoing communication, personal contact and attention to detail to stay on top of the sales process and provide the best possible buying or selling experience for his clients.
Pippin’s main goal is to help families begin to create wealth through making smart real estate choices. «Staying in touch with clients,» Pippin says, «is the difference between a good real estate broker and a great real estate broker.» By maintaining relationships with his clients, Pippin not only makes future clients of them but also makes new friends.
History
Established in 2015.
Being part of a real estate family, real estate interested Pippin at a young age. Growing up in North Carolina, Pippin went to real estate auctions with his grandfather and visited his grandfather’s rental properties. He gained valuable knowledge from his grandfather about the real estate industry. He also learned a lot about construction working with his grandfather on rentals. While at Appalachian State University, Walker College of Business, he used that knowledge to get a part time job in construction in the mountains of Boone. After graduating in 2001 with a BS and double major in CIS and Management, he received his real estate license.
He moved to Atlanta in 2005 to be close to family. After moving to Georgia, he took a break from real estate and entered the corporate world. His entrepreneurial spirit lead him to start a consulting company where he built an iPhone application (Eager Agent) that helps real estate agents share documents that are vital to their business. As

When it’s time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
