So my lovely dog peed on the bed. So at like 11 at night I messaged him asking for a quote. Not thinking I would get a response… 5 minutes later… Ping, he responded. And we continued responded and he just happened to have a schedule cancelation and fit me in the next day instead of next week! I was forever grateful bc the smell was AWFUL! Knowing that I had my family at home, he was quiet, and very professional. We also went ahead and booked the next apt to do the rest of the carpet in my house. I would recommend Ken to anyone. He is great!

Ken came out to clean my sofa and very honestly told me that it wouldn’t be worth the money since the fabric would look bad even if he cleaned it. It’s just bad fabric for a sofa that leaves rings any time you try to clean it and they won’t go away even with his machinery. I appreciated him being up front and not trying to rip me off. He didn’t even charge me for coming out! He is a class act which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely use him in the future for any rugs we need cleaned.

Ken is the man! He had a cancellation right when I called and he was able to come immediately to clean my carpets that were TRASHED by subletters. He used the best of the best on my carpets, and he was working up a sweat to guarantee the best results possible. He made sure I was happy with the results along the way and described exactly what he was doing. He even happily sprayed my couch with a lovely lavender deodorizer, getting rid of the nasty BO from the people who sublet from me. Ken is your best option, period. Like you, we’ve dealt with a handful of carpet cleaners in the past and haven’t really ever been 100% satisfied with any of them. Until Ken. He was quick, inexpensive and did a killer job. Hire him. He knows what he’s doing and he will have your best interest in mind — imagine that!

First you have to understand that I carefully clean my carpets with a good home machine very frequently (every 2 – 3 months), and have done that for decades. I vacuum all the time with a top notch Miele vacuum cleaner. I’m picky about carpet. I used Dirt Blasters last year for my carpet cleaning, and I was very happy with results. I’ve experienced many different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and only a few of them ever get my business more than once or maybe a few times! Some of my carpet is the original dark green my family had installed when the house was built in 1978. It has always been frequently vacuumed and cleaned, but Dirt Blasters really made it look like new again! Highest quality 100% nylon carpet can look really amazing for decades when its kept clean all the time. Trust me! But my Hoover home machine seems to leave behind growing residue that builds up over several uses. Some brands of detergent are worse than others, I’ve learned. And less is more is always key, I’ve learned! But I can always tell its time to get the pros out after about a year on my own… because the residue starts to become noticeable after that 4^th cleaning or so.
Not every carpet company has spent the time to really make all of my carpet, especially the older carpet, look GREAT at the end of their visit… on the first visit… instead of just technically cleaner. Typically I’m the type that ends up calling them back out the next day to redo the job more carefully or suck more slowly because the carpet is stiff, not cleaned long enough, or left sticky once it dried. Ken’s good equipment and efforts got all of that residue out of the carpet which left it brighter and softer like new again…37 years later! Other rooms of carpeting are light colored and installed about 7 years ago. After his cleaning, it looked for sure as good as the first day it was installed. I could tell he was taking the time to treat/​remove the traffic patterns on the light carpet, especially down the hallway.
I kept forgetting to write a review, but I’ve just called him out again next week to do the whole house again this year. I think its the best compliment when you can feel comfortable using a company again. He took the time to make sure that the carpet was really clean, not overly soaked… and not everybody really does that. I’ve tried those super-​cheap coupon-​in-​the-​mail places a couple of times in years past… and I’ve never been satisfied with the results from those deals. Occasionally I’m still tempted to risk it, but I’ve learned the hard way a few times that you get what you pay for, roughly, when it comes to this type of thing. Ken really does a great job! I’ll be seeing him again next Wednesday morning! Yay! Super duper fresh n’ clean carpets again!

Ken (from Dirt busters) was on time and did an awesome job on upholstery cleaning.
My off-​white couch looks brighter and cleaner than it has done in years.
He did a thorough job did all the sides including vacuuming the bottom part of the couch.
He even helped freshen up the carpet with some tea tree oil and it now smells fabulous. His prices are reasonable and cleaning thorough.
Ken was polite, courteous and provided honest recommendations on other upholstery cleaning times I had as well. Certainly would be looking for Ken for my next cleaning job and would gladly recommend him to all my friends.

Ok– let the trumpets roll! Ken, came to our ground unit condo and cleaned our carpets. They were in need of some attention and when we moved here less than a month ago– the cleaning of the unit had not taken place. And with our furniture in place we had to finagle our furniture around so this opportunity with Dirt Blasters could take place. So we went to work–
Part 1: Ken arrives with his truck and tools to extract the dirt from our unit.
Part 2: We manipulated the furniture in the home while he maneuvered around the fiasco of boxes, sofas and Flintstone furniture–
Part 3: I ordered a little pizza to make the job fun and exciting
Part 4: sofas prepped and cleaned, room 1 carpet prepped and cleaned, room 2 carpets prepped and cleaned.
Part 5: the carpet is CLEAN as he could get it. I am satisfied.
My wife and I are very picky people in terms of cleanliness. We don’t allow shoes worn outside into our home. You have to take them off at the door when you walk in. And our floors are always dusted mopped and shiny. Anything less than would be unacceptable. Ken and Dirt Blasters came in and made it more of a home for us. Having the carpets extracted from the prior residents lifestyle relieved a great amount of worry from our environment. And now that whey are cleaned we can maintain them to stay that way. I’m not afraid to say I am a little OCD where dirt is concerned but I like clean. I love looking at the carpet lines from the vacuum or carpet extraction machine because it reminds me of how easy it is to maintain your house and investment. I may have gotten a bit off track but to bring it back around I can say, «now that the carpets are clean, I am promoting Dirt Blasters to everyone in the Atlanta area. It’s worth and and Ken is «No Joke» when it comes to carrying for your interior items. Try them for carpet, sofa’s tile and mattresses. This is a great business to Patronize!

The BEST carpet cleaner in Atlanta. Ken just left our house and I can’t wait to rate him 5 stars right away.
My carpet is really dirty with old wine stains, food stains, and paints. My brother hired some crew to steam clean it about 6 months ago. It just looked like they wetted my carpet. Nothing was removed from the original conditions and they just told us that these stains were too old. I was disappointed but I didn’t have to pay for any of that, so I was okay. Lol.
Ken came out in the snow (today’s weather condition is severe!) and still did an amazing job. The quote Ken gave me over the phone was for 4 large bedrooms with large closet space and a hall way plus stairs. I thought his quote was fairly reasonable.
Ken came in with a smile, greeted my fiancé and I, he is really friendly. Ken saw how young my fiancé and I are. Well, we are actually almost 30 years old. Ken tried to help us out by giving us a discounted rate. After carpet cleaning, Ken went back upstairs to spray some expensive scent on every inch of the carpet because I told him that we have potential buyers coming to see the property in the afternoon. Moreover, Ken advised us on how to maintain these carpet and rugs clean.

This review is a little late but life has been beyond hectic as my husband and I have moved into our new house. We closed on our house the day before Thanksgiving and seeing the state of the carpets in the house I knew carpet cleaning was a necessary expense for our new home.
As usual I came right to Unilocal to find a service provider after all the awesome reviews I decided to go with Dirt Blasters. I called Ken and he was so easy to talk to and booking was a breeze. He ended up calling the day before my actual appointment with a opening which was perfect as one of my dogs decided he wanted to christen the new carpet by peeing an hour before my appointment.
I didn’t think the carpet was as bad but after Ken showed me some spots I realized it needed a lot more work and Ken so graciously worked within our budget as I hadn’t planned for the extent of the carpet. He did such a tremendous job and gave me even more tips to maintain carpet with all the dog hair that accumulates with (2 bulldogs). I know that for our carpet maintenance until we get hardwood and even after that it’s a no brainer to give Ken a call.
Please take this review as honestly as I am writing it as this is a business owner that takes pride in his work and values his customers and I sincerely appreciate this as many business don’t place a high value on customer satisfaction.

We needed to have the carpets in my office cleaned on extremely short notice. Ken came out the same day for an estimate and was back the next morning. He did a fantastic job! The carpets look great. Met the owner of this business at a car repair shop where my car had been flooded with gas and the whole interior of the car smelled like gas. He sprayed some stuff in my car and now you can hardly smell any gas in my car. So grateful.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Ken from Dirt Blasters. He was able to clean up a year’s worth of toddler mess and spills in our carpets with ease.

Gave Kenny a call about one of my few rooms that had some bad stains. He was one of the second calls I gave about estimates. He asked me to text him my address and he came out out immediately. Next thing I know we are actually talking prices, and ones that were WAY BETTER than the first cleaner I talked to. He cut some slack on some rooms, I felt like it was unreal to actually talk to companies about pricing today.
Long story short, he cleaned the same day I called and I am happy with the tough stains he was able to tackle.

Second time having our carpets and microfiber sectional cleaned. Ken did a great job and definitely would use again!

GREAT SERVICE
We purchased a two-​piece microfiber sectional from a homeowner who cooked with a LOT of curry. The home was dark so we did not notice the deep, dark stains until it came home with us and, the smell was so overpowering that we had to close off the room.
Ken worked very hard and cleaned the sectional well. He was careful to explain the process and gave us options for removing the deep, dark stains. What was so impressive is that he created a custom, chemical-​free, blend of essential oils for us to use to freshen the room.
KEN GOES ABOVE & BEYOND
The next day Ken called to check on the status of our sofa and when I mentioned that some areas had a lightened significantly but not cleared, he returned to our home and treated the entire sectional! Looks great and the curry scent is 95% gone (only came up again when wet. no scent in the dry sofa.)

Can u give someone 10 stars? I wish u could. Kenny is so amazing not only at his job but also as a person. If u need anything done that he can do, HIRE THIS MAN!!! He is honest, does a great job for a great price and he stands behind his work. I just can’t say enough good about him. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to share this guy.
