Silver hand car wash– outside/​inside vacuum and tire shine for $ 25

So I literally paid 65 dollars so they could wash my car on the outside and do my carpets ! They didn’t wipe NOTHING on the inside. I talked to the manager and he basically said he would take care of me next time and walked away.

Nice owner never overcrowded and always are fast BUT the quality of work is never A+ its more like B-​. When car is pulled around and finished there is always water still on vehicle. They never take the time open trunk and wipe around edges so that water does not drip from the edges all over your car. And they should take more time on windows and also make sure vinyl floor mats are not wet once car is delivered. Overall a good place mostly but definitely the quality of work needs improvement. In comparison to Mikaels on Roswell road the quality of work is sub-​standard.

As soon as I pulled up, the owner quickly came out and got my car to take around to the back. I read a few reviews and everyone said how super long it took to get their car… that was not the case for me! I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The only reason this review is not higher is because they undid my saved seat settings in my car and changed my radio station lol that sounds pretty petty, but I really think u need to just wash people’s car and not touch anything in it. Nevertheless, because they are close to me, I will be back.

This place is the real deal! The guys that wash the car and do the detail do an excellent job and the owner Steve is a very reputable man. In fact when I had a small incident with one of my vehicles he stood by his support that he would fix the situation and he did just as you said. This place is highly respectable and recommendable.

Weak at best
I went to have my girlfriend’s car washed and waxed. I left the car and went to do some errands. I came back and they said the car was done. I looked at the car the windows were still dirty there was still dirt on the car and they waxed over the dirt. I pointed this out to the manager and he was argumentative…
Don’t waste your time or money

Absolutely terrible service and wash. This is my second time at this location and I figured that despite the terrible experience I had the first time (same issues) it might be better now and I couldn’t have been any more wrong. My car still had dry dirt in various areas around the body and the spray wax they use is a joke. The owner’s horrible attitude about the poor quality of the job made things even worse.

I needed a detail job on my vehicle before taking it to trade in. There aren’t that many hand wash places in the area that I know of so I went here. At most car washes, you pull up in line behind the last car and tell them what you want. The words «car wash» with an arrow are painted on the driveway to the right. So, I pulled down that driveway. Well, the infamous (according to most of the posts here) owner came rushing out of the building with an angry look on his face. The he proceeded to very rudely remark about how I should have parked in the front and came in to the office. As if I had broken all of the 10 commandments in one fell swoop. I was kind of blown away so I just sat there and fumed while they worked on my vehicle. They finished and I have to say it was the absolute worst job I’ve ever seen. There was still dirt on the car, they didn’t touch the wheels. They did nothing on the inside. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Rude, unprofessional, poor work.

Stopped by on my way to run a few errands. For $ 25 they vacuumed, cleaned the inside (took the trash out) and made the windows and exterior shine bright! By the time my errands were done my car looked brand new and amazing!

Best car care business in town. Not your typical «car wash.» Stephen the owner and staff are friendly and work hard to exceed expectations. Highly recommend.

Hi I went to get my car cleaned and was bitterly disappointed by the half hearted attempt at cleaning my car. Having a 1 year old child, this car was pretty dirty plus we recently used it while moving in between apartments so it was a good bit of work to do, but frankly I could have done better myself, the lack of attention to detail was amazing even after I asked them to have a second look… they didn’t see anything wrong and I guess that is the more disappointing aspect of my visit.
The plus for this place is the waiting area is clean and maintained at a comfortable temp and has a TV, so you could actually wait with a child.
Based on the other Unilocal reviews I expected more but what I learnt here is to take heed to the reviews that are not recommended by Unilocal … those more mirrored my experience. Too much money for too little service

Shame on me for being fooled twice. Classic bait and switch. I went there and was told it would take 30 – 45 minutes. I left my car and grabbed some lunch and returned 40 minutes later. They hadn’t even started my car. The owner came out and said it would be an hour and fifteen minute wait total and they were really backed up. The manager who said 30 – 45 minutes admitted to the owner that he sad 30 – 45 minutes.
This was the second time they pulled this on me. And to top it all off, the owner was rude and unapologetic for baiting and switching me. Last time I go there.

My car has never been cleaned so fast AND I got the insides shampooed, so I’m a little bit iffy on how they REALLY did that shampoo. hhmmm!!!
My car needed shampooing because I was the unfortunate victim of an intoxicated passenger who got lots and lots of Peach Ciroc on lots and lots of places. Nevertheless, there were 2 spots (one on seat, one on arm of door) they didn’t get. and that’s why they get a 3. I will be back tho…

The detail shop I traditionally take my car to has lanes and referees. You drive up, select your desired service, and your car is driven through the pre wash and through several jobs including the vacuuming, wipe downs, etc. The supervisor waves you down furiously and your car’s make and model is called out from the cloud like you’ve been summoned from the gods to collect your vehicle.
This is not the experience at Cartique.
I went during my lunch hour, so that may account for the lack of a crowd. It is a small location… Felt like I was pulling up to a travel agency that just happened to have a tent and cleansers sitting in the lot.
Not sure of the procedure, I walked up to the guys and they nicely explained the procedure and asked which of the services listed on the board I preferred. They got the process started and I waited inside.
The team did a nice job on the car, paying super close attention to detail. I would probably go here again if I had the extra time.

SILVER WASH
$ 21 gets you a silver car wash without trunk cleaning. I think the trunk should always be included, especially for small cars but whatever.
They vacuum the interior, wipe down dash, console, and clean windows.
I thought the exterior was nicely done, and the interior was decently wiped down. However, there were still sand on my brakes, side door and floor. Maybe I should have done the mini detail, but I think the sand should of at least come off the creases in the brakes and out of the side door small consoles.

Great customer service. Courteous and they explain exactly what they are going to do and how long it will take. Give a lot of options as far as the level of detail they do. I took in a conversion van that was a disaster. They missed a couple of spots on the interior but overall a very good job for the price. Will definitely be going back!

Still, hands down, THE BEST car detail spot ANYWHERE! Any questions just talk to Jim the owner and let him know. Didn’t quite get what you wanted, tell them and they will do it again. You can pay more at a lot of places but you won’t get a better job for your money no matter how much you pay for it, ANYWHERE!

It has been quite a while since I have been here but I remember the experience like it was yesterday. I needed my car washed on a weekend day and was looking online for a deal and came across a deal for them through Unilocal.I quickly purchased the deal and was on my way to the wash. This was my first time here and I really don’t like new situations because I never know what to do. Some places you pull your car around and others you pull up to the front. There was a car in front of me pulling around so I just followed them around the line to the back. I was then approached by an older man who asked what I wanted done and I then asked him what were the options. He said if you aren’t familiar with the services we offer you should have pulled up to the front so you could read the sign. Ugh, rude. He then made me get out of my car and walk up the hill to the front of the building to pick out what I wanted. I let him know then I went inside to pay and wait on my car. I paid for the wash and got some cash back for tipping. The entire time I was there he just kept looking at me weird as if I had done something to him. In the mean time, he was talking to the other customers who were obviously regulars.
It’s evident they don’t really like people they deem «outsiders» using their service so they probably shouldn’t advertise on Unilocal.I was so uncomfortable the entire time I would never go back. I gave an extra star because the wash was decent and didn’t really have any complaints there other than leaving a puddle in my passenger seat.

They are an excellent car wash, and, they are fast. My car always looks terrific when they are done.
I highly recommend them.

I received excellent customer service from the time I arrived until my car was finished. The service was quick, even in rush hour! They were able to remove dog hair that I couldn’t seem to vacuum out myself. My tires are shiny and they did a great job with my cruddy rims, too! I will be sure to go here again and pay full price next time (the Unilocal discount was a nice incentive to introduce me).
