7.95 Hand Car Wash

This place generally does a good job. Nothing over the top but they are very good on the interior if you pay for at least the #3.
Obviously a good wash is going to run more than $ 7, so don’t let the name fool you.
They are very good about letting you drop your car and come back later. I dropped mine, went and watched the Falcons game and came back. Hassle free.

Why such a low average rating?
I came on a Sunday afternoon and there were a few cars ahead of me. There are seats outside in the shade, and several different seating inside (with a TV, playing a football game). There is music outside and inside. There’s also free Wifi. I expected a wait but had plenty to entertain myself. The wait was not as long as described. I thought it was very reasonable… plus, FREE WIFI!
I watched the staff meticulously clean cracks and crevices of other cars and felt assured my car would get similar treatment. Previously, I had gone elsewhere (Feydi) for a $ 7 handwash and they couldn’t clean the rough of my car. I didn’t expect much hear either but they cleaned it well! Not just that but the previous day, I parked under a tree and somehow got a lot of dirt on my car. I was ashamed to drive that baby around.
I got great bang for my buck and the service people deserved a good tip to continue what they’re doing at such a cost-​effective price (for the consumer).
Definitely will come back here!

The people were friendly. outside of my car good, inside a complete disappointment. I just left there and wish i could upload the center console picture that was not even touched with a rag or vacuum. The more i sit in my car the more disappointed i get.

There are probably 13 people working today and I’ve been sitting in this hot, stuffy waiting room for 45 minutes. There are only 3 cars here. I paid 23.50. There is no excuse why I should wait this long. I think the employees wait around, play, and lollyag as a means to make it easier who gets paid what. This is ridiculous. There are about 5 employees to my immediate left right now joking, smoking, and eating wings while one person washes, dries, and vacuums my car on their own. Back to Avrils go!

Two months in a row, and two service failures.
The first time, it was a hot day, and a line of cars were waiting to be washed. After about 10 minutes, a young woman comes by and tells me that they closed. Okay, fine.
The following month I come by on a rainy day. It’s 3:45. Another person comes by and tells me they’re closed. It’s rainy, so they decided to close early.
As I drive around the wash area, there are at least 2 to 3 washers who are not busy. In fact, one is walking off to the store.
Some friendly advice from one who comes from a family of entrepreneurs. When a customer is ready to give you his business, you take it. It’s a slam dunk. Otherwise, you’re never going to see them again.

I brought one of my company vans here for an emergency wash as it had quite a bit of pollen on it. The service was ok. Nothing to write home about. The van was clean so I guess thats what matters most.

I am a local car dealer in the area who keeps up with 50 to 70 cars so I’m obviously a high-​volume repeat customer. The work I’ve had from this place is always been satisfactory though it’s best described as mediocre. A few months ago I made the decision to stop using them because I found the management to be dishonest they’re trying to get me to pay them and not the business. They are by far the closest Detailer Shop to my business so I missed the opportunity to use them At that point I stopped using them until I found out that that particular manager is not there any longer. I started using them again last week and was happy with the turnaround time and the quality of work. Today I pull into full details and request the cars to be done and the management says that they don’t want to honor my contract. It’s a cold drizzly day nobody’s getting the car wash their eight employees standing around doing nothing and these stupid sons of bitches don’t want to clean my two cars today. Go someplace else you can’t fix stupid. Strike one strike two strike three. Carnets isn’t that much further on Buford Highway and there’s a wonderful little detail shop on Peachtree industrial Boulevard just outside of the perimeter just south of Quiktrip, the detaile Drummer there will be happy to help. This place really just does not know what they’re doing. Read the reviews.

This is so much better than an automated car wash. For $ 7.95, I don’t think you can find a better car wash anywhere. It takes about 45 minutes, but hey, I was looking for a good wash and I don’t mind that they spent the extra time on my car.

My SUV was in bad shape coffee in the carpet, headlights foggy, just dirty from front to back. This place is amazing, I’m totally satisfied with the services. They take their time and do it right!

Extremely slow. I stopped in because they didn’t look busy. There may have been 4 or 5 cars ahead of me and it took and hour and a half. Then, when paying I couldn’t figure exactly who I should pay as there were a couple different employees In and out. All of them looked annoyed and ignored me. Finally one said «well, I guess I’ll do it». While ringing me up he noticed a coffee cup full, of quarters on the counter and said «well, I’m gonna’ just take deese. Don’t be leavin’ no quarters out around me» and emptied about $ 5 worth into his pocket right in front of me. Thief. I paid via debit card but was extremely nervous about giving him my card knowing he was a thief. Then finally my car was finished but the inside smelled of residual B.O. from the workers who moved it around. Kinda like you would expect of a homeless person. The car had too much tire shine on the tires and it slung up, all over the sides when driving it a few blocks and I had to wipe it off the doors. The place Is cheap, yes but I’ll NEVER be back. Cheap, yeah you got that right. Why two stars? The car was clean once I wiped off the tire shine.

The car was was alright. I did have to ask them to clean some stuff up after they said it was fully clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would return if I needed to, but I will be in search for another spot.

Never actually had any work done. All I can say is that the customer service is the worst I have experienced since… well maybe ever!
Went to get a detail done. Stopped by around noon on a Friday and they said business was slow so they sent their detailers home. Come by over the weekend. Came in at opening time on Sunday. «We don’t do detailing on Sundays but we do them every other day.» (unless of course they are sent home). So I go today (Thursday), first thing in the morning so that they don’t have time to send anyone home. «Detailers aren’t coming in today.»
At this point I had had enough. I explained that I had been there twice already. «Change in management…», yadda, yadda. No apology, no attempt to make it right, and to top it off she started laughing it up and went on to the next customer in line.
I have no idea what kind of work they do because I can’t get them to do any work. I am done with them and I am sending all my friends 2 miles down the road to
where they did a great job, did it in 35 minutes, were courteous, and had great customer service! On my way to do a much more uplifting review there. :)

Me and my husband have been going to this car wash for almost 3 years now. We have an uncommon car a BMW M3 it has a SMG transmission not many people know how to drive it, which is why I am apprehensive about people driving (or trying to drive it). On Wed my husband goes to get his car washed and the attendant (who apparently didn’t know about this car) tried to start it and ended up flooding it by pressing the gas repetitively. So the so called manager says the car won’t start and helps my husband push it out of the way. We had to call for a tow truck to come and get our car! Not once did anyone come over to apologize or see if it was anything they could do to help. The service at this place has gone down since the old manager was there. Horrible customer service. We were stuck with a tow bill and still a dirty car. Stay away !!!

Decent wash for $ 7.95. Slow as molasses. Only 1 car in front of me, and I was there 45 mins. Cheap, yes. Worth the wait, no.

Decent job with the car wash, but they STOLE all of the change out of my car. Yesterday I put $ 5-​$ 8 of coins in my car and on the way back from this car wash I noticed that my chaing container was completely empty. I highly recomend going elsewhere.

I live in the Chamblee area and was looking for a car wash. Unfortunately, garages are a rarity here in the Chamblee houses. Therefore, my car has been wasted with bird poops and leaves and dust and whatever else. My parking spot happens to be under the birds spot, so it gets plenty dirty! (Boo.)
Anyway, I figured my car needed more than a machine wash — it needed some hand lovin’. After reading some reviews, I came. I decided not to be persuaded to purchase anything more than the outside wash.
I went and the manager was awesome. One of the most friendly guys — extremely jovial! I’m sure anybody that came would enjoy him. Also, the prices were extremely reasonable for the hand wash. My car did look brand new (as one of the other Unilocalers claimed). And their TIP BOX is inside for you to leave. All of the tip is shared between the individuals who work there.
The inside isn’t a glorious and modern sitting room, but it works. They have a TV, a computer (only one) that you can browse the internet with, and magazines. However, depending on the day you go and the weather outside, the wash and dry takes about 10 minutes if they’re not too busy.
I will be coming back again and taking advantage of their frequent wash cards! so I can earn a free wash. Yeah!

7.95 will easily goes up to $ 18 if you want to vacuum the inside and clean the windows. They are very quick to get you in and out. They don’t waste time. I recommend this place

They customize car wash package for me very well. I took car wash along with machine wax. They did not clean the glass from inside and forgot to vacuum the back side trunk of the car. This place is pretty much average car wash. But their service fee is reasonable.

My «Sexy» Jetta stationWagon (Sarah Jessica) was so in need of the royal treatment. And that she got at the 7.95 car wash that is now open in Chamblee. It’s good to see that there is now a local car wash. It’s all hand washed as well so no going through any machines. They suited a package for what I was looking for — I had them do some detail as well (of course this came to a bit more than the 7.95 but all well wroth it). It was a beautiful day out and they had a table outside (shaded), plenty of magazines to read, and beverages to buy. When all was said and done it looked like a new car
