BLAST900 is an interval-based workout that is designed to challenge and motivate all levels of fitness. Each 60-minute workout consists of short but intense treadmill blocks alternating with challenging full-body strength intervals. Specially designed, state of the art treadmills and cutting edge fitness equipment are utilized for maximum effect. Every BLAST900 class features creative and dynamic exercise methodologies taught by highly trained fitness professionals to assure safety and results. Guaranteed to shed unwanted fat while simultaneously building and toning muscles, there is no more effective, efficient or exciting way to change how you look, feel and perform. History
Established in 2008.
Like many other women, Missi Wolf, owner of BLAST900, struggled with losing her «baby weight» after having two children. But after dedicating much time to aerobic and strength training in addition to changing her nutritional habits, Missi eventually lost nearly 100 pounds and continues to follow a regular health and fitness regimen. Wanting to share her passion for and appreciation of fitness with the greater-Atlanta community, Missi set out to design a program that combines cardio, strength training, resistance training, functional training, abdominal work and stretching all into a one hour period.
Working extensively with professional, certified instructors, and incorporating solid health and fitness-related research, Balanced Levels of Aerobic Strength Training was born. Missi runs the day-to-day operations of the company, in addition to teaching BLAST classes. She feels a connection with each and every client and strives everyday to make BLAST90 The Ultimate Workout.
